Our water heater, which was a unique size & shape, died. The big box store couldn't get what we needed for at least 18 days, but gave us the name & number for FAST Water Heater. Not only did FWH have the size we needed in stock, they were able to install it the next day. The technician, Gordon, was great! He was pleasant without being over-friendly, courteous, tidy & clean in his work, and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions, explained options and county regulations that hadn't been covered on the phone, and didn't pressure us to "buy up" on any products or services. Pricing was competitive with or better than plumbing companies in the area. We were delighted with FWH and highly recommend them.
