Almost Perfect 7/12/2011

If only they had warned my lil son they were about to "poke" him in the mouth (numbing shot...I didn't even feel warned enough to hold his lil hand...But after that the whole thing was fine. they closed the private door and no more tears were shed:) more

Teeth cleaning 7/9/2011

For the first time at family dental i found the practitioners rather rushed. There seems to be fewer professionals around and fewer staff in general. Did not even receive new brush & floss. Are they trying to save money? more

I was very impressed with the care and extra attention that all gave. I was a bit upset do to the fact that I was going to have to loose two of my teeth. I pride myself on my smile and the strengh and power of what a smile can grant a situation. To loose this could be painful. They did all they could to make me feel better and show alternatives for the future. After the experience of the pulling I felt ill... they were so loving. Took all the steps to make me feel better right away. After leaving the Doctor called not only my home but my cell phone to make sure that I was doing okay. How wonderful is that! I so appreciate all the staff for the care they give each time I go to the office. Heather went the extra mile to call my husband even to explain what needed to be done, per my request, (I was a little emotional at the time). I can't say enough positive thoughts about my doctor. She is everything I would want in a dentist - kind, caring, professional. Plus she goes the extra mile and cleans my teeth the old fashioned way because I can't handle the sonar equipment. You are luck to have her. more

I highly recommend Dr. Bonin! He's the best dentist that I've had. He is very personable and explains procedures thoroughly. The office staff is very friendly. The dental hygienist was nice. The actual service by my dentist was excellent as always. When I walked in for my appointment, the receptionist could have offered water. I saw that the water cooler was moved from the reception area to the back of the desk. It was a very hot day and water could have been offered since it was so visible but now behind the reception desk. The reception desk remained empty for a great deal of the time while I waited for my appointment. more

Good Visit 6/20/2011

At the last minute, the normal technician who cleans had an emergency. So they brought in a rookie tech. He did not know how to floss very well. Other than that, it was a great visit! more

Superb Service! 6/19/2011

Family Dental works the way I want ALL of my doctors to. They make sure I know when my appointment is via text and email and phone and then are ready to go when I arrive. No long stretches in the waiting room. They also do a great job of taking care of my teeth! :) more
