Dr. Hall 10/5/2011

Dr. Hall was extremely nice and made sure when she pulled my tooth she was as careful as possible. Never had a dentist who was so kind and concerned for her patients. I have had male dentists grip your mouth with the edge of your lip grinding into your teeth. They would then say sorry did that hurt and then proceed to grind away more concerned on the procedure than the patient. Not Dr. Hall. She saw me when I had pain unlike my Blue Cross HMO dentist who said she could see me 2 days later for an emergency procedure. You guys are the best. more

My First Visit 10/4/2011

Where do I start? I was greeted with such a big smile and soothing music which took my worries away instantly! Within a few minutes of my arrival I was called and directed to my room. Once again, I was greeted by Dr. Katrina Le with a big smile; she explained today treatment and the process in details and in return, I shared my fears and asked to be handled with care and lots of numbing methods. I was offered headphones to help me get distracted by watching my favorite TV show, then a comfy pillow was put under my neck and goggles' for my eyes. Well, this is what I call a 1st class service. Dr. Le kept on checking on me and making sure I was comfortable and pain free. I can't believe I survived the visit and left with a big smile on my face! more

Allow me to be brief...Family Dental has taken a patient who regarded dental visits as an unwanted, traumatic experience and converted him to a patient who is enthusiastic about his appointments and regards them as a way to maintain and improve his dental health. Absolute wonderful Experience 10/4/2011

This is my second visit to Family Dental and this is the second time I have been absolutely amazed at the facilities and the staff. The staff is incredibly friendly and seems to be genuinely concerned about my dental health. The facilities are modern and comfortable. I would recommend Family dental to anyone with complete confidence. I would also like to say that Dr. Lynn (I think that is actually her first name) is one of the most pleasant people I have met. I think she deserves a nice vacation, maybe Bora Bora or the Cayman Islands. It also doesn't hurt that the dental hygienists are cute too. more

Great Dentist Experience 9/26/2011

As a working mom I really appreciate the fact that I can get an appointment on a Sunday. Everyone was very nice and the dentist I saw was informative and answered all of my questions. So far I am very happy and will continue to go to them for cleaning, etc. more

Emergencey Tooth Pull 9/23/2011

my tooth was hurting and everywhere i called, either did not pick up, or did not have room until like 2 weeks. I called family Dental, and they were willing to take me. The doctors are very nice! They helped me understand a lot. They took out my wisdom tooth right away. The process was fast and i didn't feel a thing! thanks Family Dental! i'll see you in 1 week. more

First Appointment Experience 9/22/2011

My first appointment experience was a very good one. All the staff members were very friendly. They made sure that I understand the process. They even gave me a tour of the office. The best thing that I liked about it is that they encouraged me to ask questions. There's nothing more frustrating than not understanding the process, right? Anyway, I would recommend them to a friend or a family member. And I look forward to doing more business with Family Dental. more
