Initial Visit 8/1/2011

High tech, felt as though I had walked into the future. Great consultation with Jane and dental assistant. The X-ray equipment most impressive along with all the extras which will make a visit to the Dentist far more comfortable for young and old. more

Always a positive experience.... 7/31/2011

I was greeted immediately and warmly as soon as I entered the door. I was offered coffee/tea or fruit. In less than 5 minutes I was greeted by the dental assistant who seated me in the immaculate operatory. My dentist, Dr.Mikulic came in within 5 minutes. He asked if I had any concerns about my teeth and then gave me a thorough exam and cleaning. His dental assistant was very gentle and careful when she polished and flossed my teeth. She assisted me to the front desk to make my next cleaning appointment. As a patient, I felt "taken care of " from the time I entered the door. more

I had a wonderful time at family dentist today. Usually a dentist visit is awful experience for me but the dentist made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I really recommend going to family dentist, they really make you feel WOW! more

Teeth cleaning at Family Dental in Foster City 7/30/2011

I had an excellent experience, my teeth are clean, stains are gone, all my questions answered by the kindest doctor and assistants. I wish I'd known about Family Dental years ago. The people are wonderful and the atmosphere is like visiting a spa, with the lighting and the orchids, contributing to a relaxed, calm, pleasant experience. LOVE THEM! more

Dr. Kimberly Kim and her assistant were outstanding professionals. My dental visit was comfortable and pleasure. Appointment started on time and facility was cleaned. I didn't feel uneasy during x-ray and preliminary cleaning by her assistant (sorry didn't get her name). Not sure where they learned their skills, they were top notch. Their voices were never loud or pushy. Strength handling on my mouth with dental tools and water vacuum were just right. Dr. Kim's precision skill examined each single tooth and cleaning was excellent. I am generally not in the mood of giving survey after a dental visit. Today's visit was one experience I could respect on how much they put into their medical careers. more

Regular checkups and cleanings are important 7/26/2011

I came to Family Dental after years of neglect. My gums were bleeding and I thought I'd loose all of my teeth. It took courage for me to set an appointment, I'd experienced nothing but painful experiences with dentists. I arrived to Family Dental, experiencing nothing but friendly and encouraging staff. My dentist, Dr. Hall gave me nothing but encouragement and helpful advice. My experiences with Dr. Hall and Family Dental have been better than I'd ever have imagined. I recently went to get my teeth cleaned and it was the most pleasant experience ever. Thanks to the professional staff at Family Dental. I've referred my friends and family to Family Dental. more

Went for a check up and cleaning. I was able to get the appointment when I wanted and the day I wanted. My dentist made some recommendations I should consider that might become future problems. I appreciated her insight and scheduled future appointments to address her concerns. more

Family Dental 7/18/2011

I have now been to family dental for several cleanings, some cavity work, and a teeth whitening. I am totally impressed. They have a great staff - they make you feel like they are earning your business. I have had three different dentists, but all of them have done a good job, and made me comfortable while doing work. They have great cable TV to watch while work is being done. And you can't beat them for schedule flexibilty. Open 9 hours a day/ 7 days a week. I highly recommend them. more
