The office is welcoming and the staff polite and helpful. Dr. Edwards explains everything as she does it and is very reassuring in her tone. They also have sedation dentistry for those that need a little help relaxing. more

Everyone was super friendly and attentive. the atmosphere was amazing - the nicest dental office i've ever seen, better than many SPAs i've been too. got to watch sex and the city while they cleaned my teeth.. cant really beat that. Very efficient and courteous and overall a great experience. looking forward to my next visit in 6 months! more

I've been going to this office for about 5 years now and have not had to wait once for my appointment, or had anything but great care & service. The office is kept so clean and everyone is so friendly! The weekend hours are very helpful in eliminating taking time off from work. more

Ive got to admit...I actually look forward to going to the next visit with Family Dental. This was the best dental experience I've ever had. The doctors and assistants are all nice. My first visit there and I got a tour of the whole building..which is HUGE! Everything feels comfortable and clean..unlike my previsous dentist office. more

tooth extraction 10/10/2011

I was hesitant about having my molar extracted due to a fracture that got to a point, needed to be taken out. I fear any kind of work! Dr. Jane Wu wad great! She made me feel at ease and made my experience a easy one. I am going to ask that she be my regular dentist!! more

Great Response for Emergency Root Canal 10/10/2011

I called for an emergency appointment around 10:00 and they were able to get me in within a few hours. The surgeon was very good (I felt nothing, the pain is gone, and I have a clear schedule for completing the tooth/crown). The surgeon wasn't the most talkative person, but he did explain what was going on, what to expect, and what the next steps will be. more

Gentle with Patients and VERY Understanding! 10/10/2011

I am very pleased with the staff's friendliness and their being so understanding of my concerns with xrays and coverage. They did not try to push me to do anything I wasn't comfortable with and gave me honest and open explanations for any questions I had. When cleaning, my dentist and assistant were very careful and gentle. They always asked to make sure I am doing ok and were very attentive, making it a painless and relaxing experience! more
