I currently rent from this property management company and i find them helpful when i need something fixed it happens. I have never been charged outrageous amounts and i have lived in three different rental units with this them. I find them easy to deal with and the staff is friendly when i go in to pay rent. more

I am a vendor with Emerald Property Management and other Property Managements and to be honest (not downgrading the others) but Emerald is one of the friendliest and honest of them. I see how they treat and talk to their tenants when I am in the office and they are soo nice!! Just remember that Emerald really has no way of defending themselves on here. As it goes with ALL rentals, you live there, keep the property nice and pay your rent. If I didn't own my home I would DEFINITELY rent from Emerald!!! more

I had contacted Emerald multiple times for showings of certain properties. the showing agent for Emerald, has always been very pleasant and professional with her showing appointments with me. She was easy to make appointments with and made sure to give me as much information on the homes as she could. Emerald has not disappointed me and they are a great property management company. They make the process of applying very simple as well. I would recommend going through them in a heart beat. more

I have rented from Emerald Property Management for 14 years now. I have had things that needed repairs over the years but they were always attended to. They have always been polite and courteous. Any rules for the various locations always made sense. Hope to still be using their service for many years to come. more

I enjoyed Working with the Leasing agent Heather. She was always nice and happy. She showed me my apartment and explained everything in detail! I was not left wondering what to do next. I have talked to the maintanence lady Emily?? and she was also nice and fixed my repair fast! I have not ever had any issues with the other staff the morning receptionist is always smiling and nice! They are always fast and answer any questions I have. I may have to wait for someone to call back but I have never had a problem with dropping my rent off in the drop slot. Not sure what the previous people were talking about they are great and had a lot of good apartments that take pets!!! I didn't have to pay to see my unit but Heather did say they rent first come first served on applicants so if I liked it not to wait or it could get rented which is reasonable! more

Manage some pretty unsightly properties that they don't bother doing maintenance on, and will take no action against tenants who cause constant disturbances to neighbors. Living next to their properties is a miserable and and unlucky experience. more

I have worked with both leasing agents in this office and they seem to know what they are doing. They are super good at knowing what is going on with almost everyaddress that they deal with, which is a wole lot of properties. more

I rent from Emerald and I really like my duplex. It is reasonably priced and I have no problems at all. I pay $825 a month. The location is not ideal (kind of close to the freeway) but it is very nice and I like living there (the neighbors are fantastic-they're so nice and look out for me and my pets). I came here to post because I wanted to give them a good review. I was struggling to pay my rent and the manager was so nice and respectful to me. You won't get that from just anybody. Give them a chance. :) more

I love this place. The landlord takes very good care of the place. New fixtures, everything works, the updating on the place has been nice. I also dig how central it is to everything. And the rent is reasonable too more
