I rent from Emerald and I really like my duplex. It is reasonably priced and I have no problems at all. I pay $825 a month. The location is not ideal (kind of close to the freeway) but it is very nice and I like living there (the neighbors are fantastic-they're so nice and look out for me and my pets). I came here to post because I wanted to give them a good review. I was struggling to pay my rent and the manager was so nice and respectful to me. You won't get that from just anybody. Give them a chance. :)
