Perfect for Nervous Patients 8/3/2011

From my interaction with the people at reception to my x-rays to my assessment to working out the financial details, Dr. Zak's Simi office was impressive! I am an admittedly difficult patient, nervous and frightened, but the staff treated me so kindly, gently, and respectfully. I need to return for quite a bit of work (scary!), but I'm more confident after today that it will go well. more

Everybody is always very pleasant. Don't ever look forward to getting xrays or injections though but when I do get them they are pretty accommodating. more

The two doctors that have seen my record and perform a six month diagnosis need to be more thorough. If I would not had brought to their attention I still would have continue to have a broken molar. However, Dr. Kopal has done an excellent job in solving the problem. more

Dr. Chung did a great job on my teeth. I would recommend him to any patient in the past who has had to endure painful treatments; he did a great job administrating the Novocaine- procedures were pain free. more

Highly recommend Dr. Chung to anyone. He makes you feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation (Root Canal). No pain was a good thing for me and appreciate his next day follow up phone call more

Even my KIDS Love Dr. Zak's... 7/16/2011

With four kids, we've got plenty of teeth to take care of. But even my 6yo says "I can't wait to go back to the dentist!" No flashing lights, no pinball machines, the office is calm and unassuming - yet the staff is what truly makes this place so great, and we honestly can't say enough about how wonderful everyone is. Even the no-so-obvious extras are great - online appointment reminders etc. We've had plenty of work done here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Zak's to anyone! more

Hygienist 7/14/2011

You dental hygienist is very good. He gave me a lot of info on how I can better take care of my teeth and gums. I plan on following what he said and using the products he recommended. It seems that he is doing his job well. I hope that in the future because of his care my periodontal gum disease will improve and I will be able to really smile again with confidence. more
