It was quick and easy

The pain is gone, but the friendly relationship has begone! 5/9/2012

I walked in with pain knowing that I would get good treatment from wonderful, helpful staff. Just meeting all of Dr.Zak's family made me member of the family. I got out with less pain but the attention I got made me believe my pain will go away. In 8 hours, after taking the right medication I felt better and in the morning I had no pain what so ever. Thank you all. more

Cleaning 4/30/2012

I love the Simi Office, they really do respect your time. I hate walking into places and sitting for a half hour before your seen. This office really sticks to a schedule and when they are running behind, they let you know up front. Great office staff and gentle Dentists:) more

Everyone was friendly and the doctor was thorough and professional. I was given time to think about the work that was recommended. I was not pushed into making a decision immediately. more

Best experience so far 4/16/2012

i've always been extremely afraid of the dentist due to MANY past experiences. I finally found a place where i'm not as nervous and the staff actually seems to genuinely care :) more

I love my dentist! 3/28/2012

When I first came to your office I was scared I didnt like to go to the dentist at all but when I got there everyone was so nice to me . I have been out of work but you still take me and let me make payments. As for now I will never go anywhere but to you. I have told all my friends to go see you. Thank you for all you have done for me you are the best. more

Prep for crown 3/21/2012

Dr Zak was great. He made me feel comfortable and told me what he was going to do before he did it. He continued to remind me to raise my hand to stop him if I was in any pain. Zakta, who assisted him and finished the temporary crown was also wonderful. I was not just a number but a person in the chair. Their office manager, Julia, remembered me from my last visit---a feat that is not the norm in these times. All in all a very pleasant experience considering it is the Dentist. more

Fluoride Trays 12/24/2011

My most recent visits involved a periodontal check, impressions for fluoride trays and a mouth guard, and a fitting of the the fluoride trays. I joke with the staff that I should bring my "blankie" and just spend the night since I'm in the office so often, but it's a tribute to the entire staff that I can even joke around with them. Kudos to everyone at Dr. Zak's for their patience and gentleness with the biggest scaredy cat in town! more

Endodontist Consultation 12/8/2011

Not pleased with endodontist's preparation or his professionalism. Never introduced himself: stayed out of my sight when talking to me: asked me questions regarding things I would expect should have been known to him before I came in --especially going over the notes of the dentist who referred the consultation. more

An emergency well addressed 11/23/2011

While on vacation, a veneer broke away from a front tooth. Dr. I. Zak took time to discuss the options for correcting this matter, and also pointed out other problems that will need to be taken care of. Very thorough and professional care. more

A rare great experience!!! 11/2/2011

These guys are terrific. I don't like going to the dentist (last visit 5 years ago) and I work an extremely cumbersome schedule but these guys are awesome. They worked me in around my schedule and then made the experience the best I've ever had. Just great all the way around! more
