Excellent 3/23/2011

The wait time was much improved this time over the last time...less than 5 minutes Dr.Chung was very professional and sensitive to my needs. Explained everything in detail; appreciated the follow up phone call by him to see how I was doing. Veronica at the front desk was very courteous and efficient with everyone that came to the front; very plesant lady...Thank you for a great experience! more

Cleaning 3/17/2011

Everyone values time, especially when we have a job and a family. My visit lasted only 1 hour. I am very pleased with my visit at Dr. Zak's office. The office personnel is very friendly and respectful. From the x-rays to the hygienist, they are very kind and friendly. I went in for a cleaning and came out much more educated about how to maintain healthy teeth. Keep up the good work! more

Good Experience Overall 3/16/2011

Very thorough on the exam, explaining the current dental problems and the explanation of the dental benefits. The only problem I had was that my appointment was at 5pm and I left the dental office at 7:20pm and I did not have any procedure done. more

highest 3/12/2011

I used to hate going to the dentist and avoided doing so for many years. The cost and experience set me on edge. Needless to say, that was not a wise decision as far as the health of my teeth. However, my experience at Dr. Zak's is that not only are the costs very reasonable. But the staff is very sensitive to my needs. And I have been more confident and diligent about going to the dentist these days. more

Ortho Experience 3/11/2011

This is our first experience with Orthodontist work. Thanks to their professional staff, it has been a very pleasant experience. My son was very scared and didn't want to have anything to do with Orthodontist. Everyone has been able to communicate in detail every step of the way and has allowed my son to relax and look forward to his next appointment. I truly appreciate a place where communication is not a problem. more

Not able to summarize 3/3/2011

The hygenist was very aggresive in both the treatment and advice--I appreciated his intentions, but within 20 minutes or so, he told me I should pull all my wisdon teeth, get 4 more antibiotic treatments and buy a water pick--it was quite overwhelming. Also, I was quite wet from the cleaning. more

I have been with Dr.Zak's family dentistry for more than 10 years. I am happy with the service as they are usually on time for regular dental appointments. The staff is very friendly and has accomodated my kids' appointment to be after school. I have not had very good experience with the orthodontist they used to have as he came in only once every 3 weeks or so and you had to wait forever to get your turn. So if anything happened in between the ortho visits, no one could do anything. more
