From my interaction with the people at reception to my x-rays to my assessment to working out the financial details, Dr. Zak's Simi office was impressive! I am an admittedly difficult patient, nervous and frightened, but the staff treated me so kindly, gently, and respectfully. I need to return for quite a bit of work (scary!), but I'm more confident after today that it will go well.
