I recently got a letter that stated the company I was using for my security monitoring has sold my contract to another company. We recently had a problem with our system and had to call Loud ""the new company"" for service. They told us that we had to pay a $ 85.00 service charge just for us to come out, that's before they even did any repairs.
Our contract was due to be renewed in three months. You would think that they would be willing to help reduce our cost so we would be willing to sign a new contract. After reading the reviews about Diversified Systems I decided to contact them to see if they could help us cut our cost to repair the system.
Their response time was amazing, only about 2 hours. The tech who came out spent less than 3 minutes to resolve the problem with my system and spent additional time re-educating us on how to use the system. After the service I received from the tech I decided to contact their office to switch our monitoring service. When the tech left we had reduced our contact length from three years to one year, reduced our monthly cost from $20 to $15, and even got three months free to offset our cost with the other company.
It has only been a week or so but so far this company's monitoring service if far better that the last company. They even gave us a free upgrade that allows us to access our account online.
Pros: Great response time for service, Knowledgeable Techs
Cons: ........ Well not one to mention
