Glad I Switched 5/10/2011

Saving Money and actually getting better service than with my previous company. I didn't think i would care much about the free email alerts but when I started traveling I found it a nice to know when my wife turned on the system at night. We are actually saving $ 6/month . My only grip is that we still need a sign. Would definitely refer them to anyone. more

This is one of the worst customer service I ever had. The company guys keeps saying "" I have this system"" whenever he comes to any house for repiar or install. He damaged my existing working system and charged $40.00 saying he will repair but never repaired and finally made errors in my agreement terminations and keeps saying he made mistakes for a year but his response to that reminder of mistakes was nasty. Finally had to end his contract a month before even though I made payment before hand. Moved to other company thinking enough is enough with this nasty company which had worst customer service. Never will recommend to anyone. Beware of falling into their low cost trap like Indian or Chinese companies. more

Great Response Time & Customer Service 7/16/2010

I recently got a letter that stated the company I was using for my security monitoring has sold my contract to another company. We recently had a problem with our system and had to call Loud ""the new company"" for service. They told us that we had to pay a $ 85.00 service charge just for us to come out, that's before they even did any repairs. Our contract was due to be renewed in three months. You would think that they would be willing to help reduce our cost so we would be willing to sign a new contract. After reading the reviews about Diversified Systems I decided to contact them to see if they could help us cut our cost to repair the system. Their response time was amazing, only about 2 hours. The tech who came out spent less than 3 minutes to resolve the problem with my system and spent additional time re-educating us on how to use the system. After the service I received from the tech I decided to contact their office to switch our monitoring service. When the tech left we had reduced our contact length from three years to one year, reduced our monthly cost from $20 to $15, and even got three months free to offset our cost with the other company. It has only been a week or so but so far this company's monitoring service if far better that the last company. They even gave us a free upgrade that allows us to access our account online. Pros: Great response time for service, Knowledgeable Techs Cons: ........ Well not one to mention more

Superior Company 7/12/2010

SAME DAY SERVICE! I couldn't believe that this company was able to install our new security system in the same day we had the salesman come out. The system is very user friendly. The technician was very professional and made sure we understood how to use the system. Technician gave his direct cellphone number and told us to call if we had any questions. In some of the reviews we heard that the owner will also contact you to make sure you are satisfied. When low and behold about 3-4 days after the installation we received a phone call from the owner. It's really great to know that the owner cares about how his business is being ran. Got my business for life if they continue this level of service. Great CCTV System 6/20/2010

All I have to say is VALUE for your $$$$. Absolutely enjoy doing business with this company. They really know how to get it done. Chose them because of their extended warranty as well as their ability to record remotely. I was well please with the level of professionalism I received from the salesman to the owner of the company. The products that they used in the installation are top notch and easy to use. While most of the companies provided a 1 year warranty, DSI gave me a warranty of 2 years. They also provided me with software that will allow me to connect and manage all of my 7 locations from one piece of software. I am well please and will be updating my other 6 locations to their DVR's. I have and would continue to recommend DSI for anyone's CCTV needs. Model of how customer service should handled 4/23/2010

I recently switched my service to DSI after years with ADT. We cut our monitoring cost in half and gained service to boot. We recently had our back door replaced and contacted DSI to notify them that we needed to have a new contact installed in our new door. I was really surprised when the owner of DSI came out to replace it and didn't charge us anything. IF it were ADT no telling how much it would have cost. I also liked the fact that I could have complete access to my account online without paying extra. The owner also gave us a certificate for a free month of service when he was here. I can't say I have ever seen many big companies have their owner's so involved in their day to day business. If you are looking to switch service you should definitely give DSI a call because they don't treat you as if you are just customer # . Great Service 9/22/2009

Service, Now that is something that I didn't think still existed until we switched our monitoring service from Ackerman to Diversified Systems. We were paying 18.95 and are now paying 15.00/month. It is amazing how you can pay less for more. When we were with Ackerman we were getting a lot of false alarms. That was our primary reason for looking for another company. We researched other reviews which was backed up the referral from one of their existing customers. We were amazed at the quickness of the response time from when we called them to the time they sent out a tech. It only took a couple of hours and he was able to figure out the problem with the system within a few minutes which had cost us several hundred dollars over the last few months. The tech gave us his cellphone number and told us to personally give him a call if I had questions or problems. I was overwhelmed with the fact that the owner of the company came out and checked with us to make sure that we were completely satisfied. How many companies can you say actually have a owner in which is that personally involved with his company. I have decided to switch my monitoring service for my other restaurants and want to write this review to commend them on a job well done. Pros: Service & Cost Cons: absolutely no cons more
