I recently switched my service to DSI after years with ADT. We cut our monitoring cost in half and gained service to boot. We recently had our back door replaced and contacted DSI to notify them that we needed to have a new contact installed in our new door. I was really surprised when the owner of DSI came out to replace it and didn't charge us anything. IF it were ADT no telling how much it would have cost. I also liked the fact that I could have complete access to my account online without paying extra. The owner also gave us a certificate for a free month of service when he was here. I can't say I have ever seen many big companies have their owner's so involved in their day to day business. If you are looking to switch service you should definitely give DSI a call because they don't treat you as if you are just customer # . Pros: Excellent response to service needs Cons: Can't think of any more
