Service, Now that is something that I didn't think still existed until we switched our monitoring service from Ackerman to Diversified Systems. We were paying 18.95 and are now paying 15.00/month. It is amazing how you can pay less for more. When we were with Ackerman we were getting a lot of false alarms. That was our primary reason for looking for another company. We researched other reviews which was backed up the referral from one of their existing customers. We were amazed at the quickness of the response time from when we called them to the time they sent out a tech. It only took a couple of hours and he was able to figure out the problem with the system within a few minutes which had cost us several hundred dollars over the last few months. The tech gave us his cellphone number and told us to personally give him a call if I had questions or problems. I was overwhelmed with the fact that the owner of the company came out and checked with us to make sure that we were completely satisfied. How many companies can you say actually have a owner in which is that personally involved with his company. I have decided to switch my monitoring service for my other restaurants and want to write this review to commend them on a job well done.
