SAME DAY SERVICE! I couldn't believe that this company was able to install our new security system in the same day we had the salesman come out. The system is very user friendly. The technician was very professional and made sure we understood how to use the system. Technician gave his direct cellphone number and told us to call if we had any questions. In some of the reviews we heard that the owner will also contact you to make sure you are satisfied. When low and behold about 3-4 days after the installation we received a phone call from the owner. It's really great to know that the owner cares about how his business is being ran. Got my business for life if they continue this level of service. I suggest that you contact this company before making a decision with another company because you will see the value of their customer service.
