SENT IT BACK AND I THINK THE CHEF PASSED IT OVER THE FIRE BECAUSE IT WAS STILL RAW IN THE MIDDLE. FOR THIS PRICE($165.00) I EXPECTED EXCELLENCE AND GOT BELOW GRADE .
