As a BLACK FEMALE new to the car buying experience I was lied to, cheated & left to feel emotionally RAPED!!!! The Director of Sales at Crown took the 30day old 2013 Brand New Honda I got from Boyd Honda & convened me to trade it in by telling me I'd be saved $1800 w/me trusting him wholeheartedly because he was BLACK.... Went in for air in my tire and came out w/a $28000 Honda Civic.... $11000 more than I owed on the EXACT SAME CAR, MODEL & COLOR I drove in. All GM Scott Wasle ""da Weasel"" had to say was ""cannot you read? Well you signed the contract"" even AFTER they acknowledged I had been LIED TO, DECEIVED & OVERCHARGED $700+ in this SAME contract. I was never told or shown where my interest rate was increased from .09% to 5.9% and I have a credit score of 780. Crown even ignored Honda Americas' intervention effort to reinstate my ORIGINAL contract . TOTAL UNETHICAL SERVICE, $$$hungry and I hate I TRUSTED a human who must have no clue about karma or honesty!!!!! THE SALES STAFF AT CROWN HONDA DOES NOT CARE!!!!!! more

I went in at 11:45am on a Wednesday. There was one car in front of me. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I would have to wait 2 1/2 hours. Where is customer service??!!! Not here. I went to Jiffy Lube with my new car. Imagine that. I can't even give them my business! more

We had a great experience purchasing our Civic. Cannon was terrific - knowledgeable but not pushy. Lee was also great when we were negotiating price. He had mentioned a $ figure early in the process, indicating that there was more negotiating room on the Civic. When it came time to finalize the deal and we reminded him of his comment, he made good on his word. One of the best parts of buying a Civic at Southpoint is getting to use their honest and capable service shop. I have actually had this dealership send me a check in the mail when they realized an error had been made in calculating the age of a warranteed part. Now that is truly impressive and earns my grateful loyalty. more

Terrible Customer Service, avoid this place! 3/23/2012

I have had several poor experiences here, but today was the icing on the cake. crbaninec said it well in his 2/21/12 review: ""Their customer service is one of the worst!"" This was a case of a misunderstanding on the part of the manager, Tracy Alexander, and a lack of interest by the sales person, Joy Mix. Overall, the details of the misunderstanding aren't pertinent, what is important is that it was a simple misunderstanding that should have been cleared up in a manner of minutes. However, Tracy preferred to have an adversarial relationship, not a cooperative one, so the end result is that they have added another disgruntled set of clients to their 'discard' pile. Very unfortunate. With so many other car dealership willing to go out of their way to extend excellent customer service, there is no reason to put yourself through potential grief at Crown. more

Terrible Customer Service, The GM is an A**hole 2/21/2012

Their customer service is one of the worst! I bought a new car from them and they failed to mentioned details they knew. Which resulted in my car breaking down on I-85 five months later. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They will just screw you over too! They could care less about you or your vehicle once they get paid for it. more

We're so happy with Crown Honda -- Noah Benaske is awesome, answered all our questions and had the car we wanted in the color we wanted within a day of our decision to buy. Horrible Customer Service 6/21/2011

After refusing to honor the online coupon, the manager told us over the phone he would get the paperwork ready for us and to bring in a check to hold the car until we could get the financing striaght. An hour later, we leave work and show up at the dealership only to see that same manager in negotiations with someone else. Threw off the whole workday, and not even a phone call! Just an awful experience!\r more

Not a good experience for a Honda dealership 5/30/2011

I came to this Honda dealership because it happens to be the closest to my house. I also realize it was a very busy day at this particular dealer. However, this doesn't excuse the rudeness of the employees. I walked past several (more than 10) sales people and no one even acknowledged me. I didn't get a ""Hello"" from a single soul. I was checking out the CR-V on the showroom floor for about 5 minutes when the woman at the desk FINALLY asked me if I needed something and I told her, I was taking my business elsewhere. Way to lose a sale! I bought my Honda CR-V at AutoPark Honda. more

Today, we went in to get my tags and to check on a rear wiper that they had ordered, but didn't have in yet. The Used Sales Manager, Mike, walked up and handed us a present of my wiper! Not only did he remember us, but he went and got our wiper before we noticed him and had time to ask about it! more

We went into Crown Honda daydreaming about the car of my dreams, the Honda Element. We sat down with Tim Kirkpatrick and told him what we wanted, as they didn't have any on the lot. Three days later he called and said they had one. We went over that night and worked with Tim throughout the night, test-driving, paperwork, etc. We really had no intention of buying, but it was a great deal on a Honda Certified Pre-Owned. We went back the next day to finalize, and it was the smoothest, most painless process. Tim was great to work with, got some ""extras"" thrown in with the car, and took great care and concern with me and my husand. That was three weeks ago more

Friendly, accomodating and knowledgeable 10/7/2010

We went to this dealership just to inquire about a vehicle that we wanted to soon purchase and ended up driving home with that vehicle. We were given a good deal on a 2011 Pilot and decided to go ahead with the purchase. We were the very last customer to leave that Friday and our sales associate, Sherlene Mullens and the finance officer whose name I forgot, stayed with us until the end. But the deal wasn't sealed that night and we had to come back a few days later to finalize it and Ms. Sherlene was there, on her OFF day, to help us yet again. We would definitely give this dealership a 5/5 score for their friendly, accomodating and knowledgeable staff. more

Wonderful staff 10/1/2010

Erin was aggressive and gave us a decent offer. She gave us the offer which we mutually agreed upon without any surprises. Judy was extremely fabulous and friendly. She helped us test-drive the vehicle and while purchasing the car, she made sure that everything was clean before it went out of the door. It is always nice to walk into a dealership where people smile at you and do not throw attitude at us. For us, this was a major point in dealing with Crown Honda. Nowhere else have we found such a wonderful staff. Overall,it was a good experience and we would refer our friends here. Thanks? more

I Bought a 2008 Civic LX AT Sedan. Did an Edmunds lead pass request (Quote). Promptly received an email.The sales Consultant was great, we basically did the deal on the phone. Great experience from beginning to end. Their internet sales have to be the best, I don't see how the experience could have been better. I tried Leith Honda 1st, walked away...the messaging (Instant Messaging to the back-office) sales tactics they use are clumsy and embarrassing. Thanks Crown Honda... more
