We had a great experience purchasing our Civic. Cannon was terrific - knowledgeable but not pushy. Lee was also great when we were negotiating price. He had mentioned a $ figure early in the process, indicating that there was more negotiating room on the Civic. When it came time to finalize the deal and we reminded him of his comment, he made good on his word.
One of the best parts of buying a Civic at Southpoint is getting to use their honest and capable service shop. I have actually had this dealership send me a check in the mail when they realized an error had been made in calculating the age of a warranteed part. Now that is truly impressive and earns my grateful loyalty.
