Cressy is now my one and only garage door company I will ever need! 12/13/2011

Everyone working there I met was great. They had the door I wanted and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. They worked with me on my budgeted price. The are extremely nice people, professional, efficient, prompt, intelligent - I can't say enough good things about them. The did a fantastic job, I LOVE my garage door. Don't bother with the other companies out there, I got quotes from them all. Some couldn't even do basic, simple math, all overpriced and I didn't like the doors they were selling. Mine are Wayne-Dalton. Beautiful and quiet! more

We are a home builder so use Cressy Door for both garage doors and fireplaces. All people we have contact with are professional and treat us like a valued customer. They seem to appreciate our business. We get quality installations on schedule. The only thing I would like better is faster delivery/installation on garage doors. We are faced with vandalism issues and want our homes locked up asap. This would better be solved if I ordered sooner or if the rep checked with me or watched my plat to see upcoming needs. more

Scheduling and timeliness are hard to confirm resulting in scheduling delays. Sales staff good. Quality of work fine most of the time. Pricing good. more

Quick, Professional and Competent 11/9/2011

Dennis came out knowing I was in a tough spot. He had three quotes to me by the end of the day and had it fixed the next week the way it should have been done when the house was built six years ago. I had called three door companies and Cressy was the first one out and who didn't just try and quote me over the phone. I'll be recommending Cressy in the future. more

Compared Cressy Doors with several other garage door companies and found they had great prices (even beat Costco for the same doors!!!) and the Randy, the sales person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the installer (Jimmy) did an excellent job on installing all 3 garage doors and it looks just fabulous! I would highly recommend Cressy Doors to anyone looking for gagrage doors! more

Top drawer knowledge and service 8/2/2011

I checked with several other companies and was stunned with the knowledge and expertise of the Cressy staff. The salesman and the installer were above and beyond anything I had experienced in home maintenance in years. I would strongly recommend anyone bypass the others and come straight here. Their prices are more than competitive, and your installation will be the smoothest ! more

Bought a Cressy garage door for our home and just about the time the warranty expired it started malfunctioning. Chris, the sales rep, arranged for an installer to be at our house within a few days to replace the motor head. The door is working beautifully again. It is a pleasure doing business with Chris and the installation team. They are problem solvers, professional and make customer service a priority. more

Horrible, did not show up for appointment 6/1/2011

Scheduled an appointment for service a week ahead with Karla. The appointment was for 9:00am at my business (located 45 miles away from my home). No one showed up so I called the office at 9:45, spoke to Karla and she proceeded to tell me that she did not know why the tech decided to go to a different service request, I confirmed with her that I had in fact scheduled an appointment (with her) for 9:00am today and she did confirm it, she was not apologetic at all and couldn't get me off the phone soon enough. I will never use Cressy again. RESPONSE FROM Cressy Door Co, Inc.: We unfortunately dropped the ball on this customer. Our service tech got confused as to what time, and was out of range to get a call to him. When we did it was too late. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and always try to do our best and have a good track record with regards to scheduling. more

Randy Weller was my first contact with Cressy door. He was professional and quickly figured out what was wrong and what was needed in order to fix the problem. He accurately quoted the price and promptly returned calls. The person who came out to fix the problem was on time and knew exactly what he was doing. I was very impressed and would definately call Cressy door again. more

Bellevue Carport enclosure with 2 doors 3/16/2011

My husband and I had long been dreaming of a garage, but the city of Bellevue and our 60 yr old septic tank remained in the way. One day we decide to look into framing it in gravel and all. (drain field can't support concrete) After talking with 3 companies we realized that we could in fact do this. But, it wasnt until we talked to CRessy Door that we realized it might actually be a successful venture! Cressy Door was not the cheapest bid, but what Randy and James offered that the other companies didnt was the confidence to get the job done right! Randy was very personable and so full of information. Then, to his credit he sent James to assess the situation. It certainly wasnt your average garage door install here. James never lost sight on my goals and concerns. He was SO thorough, polite and a really good problem solver. All of these talents stood through to the end! Thank you Cressy Door Co. more
