No wonder Cressy has so many 5-star ratings. Our fireplace has been excellent, and when James came out to make some adjustments he was the clearest contractor we have ever met -- polite and informative. We got a whole homeowner's education. Emergency repair and then the real fix, well done! 10/26/2016

We had a forklift drive into the two lower sections of our roll up door Friday mid morning. I called and within a few hours a repair person was on site. He was able to work some tricks and get our door closed and secure for the weekend in less than an hour. He then took measurements for the parts needing replacing and was gone. Next Tuesday a different person showed up and went right to work. Again in like an hour he was done. He then spent another 15 or so minutes giving the entire roll up door a tune up. Now our door goes all the way up with a gentle push and stops at the top well out of reach of our forklifts. I'm thinking, now I need to have them come back and give our other door a tune up before we hit that one with a forklift. This will be money well spent in doing some preventive maintenance. more

Thanks for coming to my rescue. 10/11/2016

I would like to thank and commend Steve Green for his incredible help and patience with me yesterday. My garage door rollers came off the rails and I called several companies to see if they could come help me. Davis Door is the closest one to me, but they only handle commercial and put me through to you. It was at 3:30 in the afternoon and there was no way he was going to make it here to Southeast Seattle where I live in time. He offered to change his last appointment but I really did not think that was fair. He suggested I email him pictures, which I did, he talked me through what needed to be done and a neighbor helped me get it shut. Steve is a great representative of your company. Since service is really all we have too ffer to separate ourselves from the competition, and especially in today's marketplace,an employee like Steve is golden.When I need a new door, you can be sure I will be calling Cressy. Thank you so much for your good work. more

Worst experience of my life. 9/30/2016

After 3 years in a new house, I noticed the trim around there exterior fireplace vent was melting at the top corners. I took a picture of it and sent it to the Sales Rep who was out contact at the time we bought a new house. A month went by and I never heard anything. The office told me he was on vacation, so I have it some time and then called him. He never looked at my picture or showed it to a tech, but instead went by my guess that it was missing some kind of "vinyl shield" and set up a service call. When the Tech came to my house he walks up to the vent and instantly said oh here's your problem and bent the top flap up from horizontal to up about 45 degrees. I was dumbfounded, but he was very sure of himself. He said he wouldn't charge me. He gets in his van, and I go back in the house. Doorbell rings. His boss told him he had to me for the service call $212. I called the Sales Rep to complain. Why didn't he shoe the picture to the Tech before he came? He could have just told me to bend the flap up. It's plain as day in the picture. Totally unethical. I would never use them again. more

Outstanding Service 7/21/2016

I was recovering from an illness and I live alone with no family. My Garage door would not close properly and having recently retired I could not afford a big repair bill or a $50 to 80.00 Diagnosis bill either. I called many Companies but Cressy"s was the only service company who would even say that my problem could most likely be fixed with a courtesy call. So Rudy came right over and fix the problem for this "old lady" in one minute for FREE! I am forever grateful for Rudy's kindness and Professional! Its this kind of service that sets a company a part in my opinion. I will recommend Cressy Door Company to any one who is looking for Quality and Professional Services with a Heart to do the right thing always! Thank you more

So very thankful! 4/6/2015

Rudy Zamora came to our rescue when a delivery person damaged our garage door and it could not open. We were trapped. I called for help and was promised someone to come in about an hour. Rudy was there in less than 30 minutes! He was so kind, efficient, and professional. He worked hard but managed to open the door with some temporary adjustments, and I was able to move the car outside. He ordered the necessary replacement panels and Bernie came to install them. We are so thankful to Rudy, I will always remember him for his wonderful help. more

Garage Door replacement 2/10/2015

After experiencing some cold weather problems with our garage doors, I decided to replace some door panels, springs, hardware, etc., and turned to Cressy Door Company (www.cressydoor.com). Although I did all the work myself, I would certainly recommend Cressy Door Company to handle the entire process. It can be a real PITA for a homeowner who doesn’t have all the proper tools and an extra hand. I was quite impressed with James (james@cressydoor.com) and his knowledge of all the different products out there. The next time I have an issue with my garage doors or openers, I will probably just turn the entire project over to Cressy. more

Very pleased 1/20/2015

After order was placed and door came in, we were unable to stay with original delivery date (due to family emergency out of town) Dennis and Cressy Doors was very understanding, in holding for about an additional month. Once they came, done in a few hours and it looks beautiful. Very pleased! more

Great Service on Malfunctioning Garage door 4/25/2014

I have to say that Rudy Zamora and Dave Peterson came to our rescue as our garage door severely malfunctioned two days ago. Rudy was at our house in 2 hours working on the door to get it secure in the down position. The spring and shaft mechanism had a total failure. Dave Peterson was then called and a new double door was ordered. Since it was a special order door I figured it would take a couple of weeks to get it in. The door will be installed in less than a week ! Great service and professional people make all the difference. Granted, everything had to "line up" for this to happen but those guys are best ! Honesty and Integrity 4/14/2014

While dealing with my Cressy representative, there was an oversight on the detail for the trim around one of our two sided fireplaces. Once I discovered the mistake, I made sent one e-mail and the Cressy representative admitted that it was overlooked and ordered the trim kit immediately. There was no back and forth on the issue it was a clear and concise "we'll get it out there as soon as it comes in and install it. In my line of work it is refreshing to find there are still companies out there who put the customer first even when it could hurt there bottom line. honest and integrity is not so easy to come by these days.
