Second time I have used CCS - I am in the construction business and wish that my team performed as consistent and high quality as CCS 10/10/2011

This is the second time I have utilized CCS for a restoration/cleanup project. I am in the construction industry so I understand the vast difference that exists between organizations relative to their customer promises and their actual deliverables. CCS is as professional as I have seen in the business. Jim and his team can be trusted in my home at any time - with or without my presence needed. The team performed high quality work in the timeframe agreed to, all at a value as compared to the competition. I highly recommend using CCS for any of your remodel/restoration needs. more

Would highly recommend CCS due to their knowledge base, quick response and professional approach. 10/5/2011

We suffered a leak from our swamp cooler that caved in our office ceiling. We called CCS and their technicians, Dave and Fred were there within an hour. They did a great job of sealing off the area, completing demolition and setting the drying equipment in motion. We appreciated their calm, understanding and professional approach. The work was finished and the office looks as though nothing had happened. We would highly recommend CCS due to their broad knowledge in being able to take care of all the issues such as moisture readings, any subcontractors needed, etc. To tackle this ourselves would have meant combining at least 3 different trades and then not be assured that everything would be attended to. Things worked well between CCS and our insurance company. more

Dave and his team have been wonderful and we have used them on multiple projects now. 9/24/2011

I have used CCS for two different jobs now. The first was Asbestos abatement of an old furnace removal in my basement. The pricing from CCS was very competitive and the work was great. They did everything they said they would and more, even helping find some contractors to help with some concrete removal as well. They were also very nice to work with and seem to have the customers interest in mind at all times. Based on this experience I called CCS again when we had some mold damage at a rental property we own. I had the same experience again, very fair price and great quality of work. They ended up fully remodeling both the bathrooms that were damaged and helped coordinate/recommend a quality plumber and tile contractor. We have done several home remodel projects and worked with many contractors and Dave/CCS have been one of the best. I would highly recommend them. more

Outstanding work, inside and out 8/24/2011

We hired CCS after three inches of rain in an hour flooded a room in our basement. Water sat for 4 days while we were away; by the time we discovered the problem the carpet and walls were saturated. CCS did a wonderful job drying out the floor and drywall; and then made all the necessary repairs to drywall and trim, and painted all the damaged areas. Room is now like new. We also had CCS install a plastic barrier along the house beneath ground to prevent future seepage, and a buried perforated trench to move water away from the foundation. In that work, too, the company did great work--and at a price that was comparable to the other bids we received. The CCS staff was professional and responsive. Best of all, they took great care to do the job right. more

Exceptional experience! 7/21/2011

No one wants to encounter water damage but CCS made the recovery process almost painless. Beginning with Tom Furmanski's assessment of the damage and acting as an intermediary with the insurance company, they took a lot of the burden and day-to-day hassle off of our backs. Our Project Manager, Phil Ast, then made sure that the crews showed up on time as scheduled and performed their tasks in an excellent and professional manner. We had two big concerns and they completely addressed both: identify and eliminate any mold and minimize dust from reconstruction. What an outstanding job they did! Thanks Tom and Phil and all of the CCS team. more

CCS 7/5/2011

My wife and I just purchased an older home from a fix and flip company. Within the first year our sewer line backed up and flooded part of our basement. While we were spending weeks dealing with another contractor to get that cleaned up, the cheap faucet in the basement bathroom broke and flooded the basement again. Since the first contractor was being so slow to respond I contacted CCS and they were out to help within the hour. Not only did they work quickly and efficiently to get the faucet issue resolved, they took on the sewer water clean up as well, and even went above and beyond to uncover and assist us with other leaks and plumbing problems left behind by the fix and flippers. One of the owners, Jim Minter, coordinated between me, my insurance company, the plumbers from my home warranty company, as well as his people and all the replacement contractors (drywall, flooring, plumbing), making this the most hassle free series of disasters my wife and I have ever had to endure. Since the purchase of our home, my wife and I have a number of bad experiences with questionable contractors and service professionals, weve become very critical of everyone we hire to help keep our house a home, and I can honestly say that Jim Minter and his people at CCS set the highest standards of integrity, thoroughness, and professionalism. They have our sincere thanks. more

I hired Colorado Cleanup Services, Inc. at the recommendation of a neighbor who was pleased with their work. I was looking at $32,000 worth of water damage, and Colorado Cleanup restored my home to a condition that was better than before the damage was done. They were very responsive and quick to answer our questions and reply to our concerns. Jim Minter, the CEO, is truly professional. He paid personal, hands-on attention to the job, and his depth and breadth of knowledge was very impressive. I am not a building person, and he was able to walk me through the situation in a way that I could understand. Colorado Cleanup honestly did a better job on my home than the original builder. It was an extremely good experience. more

Fair service at a competitive price. 5/10/2011

Basically, I would say that I've now worked with Colorado Cleanup Service twice. They are upfront and honest, sticking to the price they quote you, and quoting you a fair price. Their communication and timeliness is spot on with regards to when they start and finish the project. Overall, they're great, and they have fair service at a competitive price. more

As a young first-time home owner, when I discovered I had a mold issue, I was very scared and confused to say the least. I was referred to Colorado Cleanup Services from Mold Inspection Sciences who performed the initial mold inspection, and boy, am I glad I was! From Day 1 when Dave, the Project Manager, entered my home to inspect the problem, to the Final Day of work preformed, CCS’ whole team was first class all the way. First and foremost, Dave very much impressed me with how well he managed the project. He instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease - I knew I was in good hands from the start. I have a strong background in sales, service and project management. As a result I believe I have a keen eye for high-quality workers and I do tend to notice every detail in the way a project is executed. I have zero complaints and only extreme joy! Edgar and Guido, the workers... wow. I felt more than comfortable opening my home for these two amazing gentlemen, even when I was not here. They assured me they would get every last spot of mold and they were true to their word. They were SO respectful of my home and did spotless work. Especially the work they did on the exterior... WOW is all I can think to say. All of the mold is out of my home, I am proud to say. The crew really went above and beyond in my eyes. more
