My wife and I just purchased an older home from a fix and flip company. Within the first year our sewer line backed up and flooded part of our basement. While we were spending weeks dealing with another contractor to get that cleaned up, the cheap faucet in the basement bathroom broke and flooded the basement again. Since the first contractor was being so slow to respond I contacted CCS and they were out to help within the hour. Not only did they work quickly and efficiently to get the faucet issue resolved, they took on the sewer water clean up as well, and even went above and beyond to uncover and assist us with other leaks and plumbing problems left behind by the fix and flippers. One of the owners, Jim Minter, coordinated between me, my insurance company, the plumbers from my home warranty company, as well as his people and all the replacement contractors (drywall, flooring, plumbing), making this the most hassle free series of disasters my wife and I have ever had to endure. Since the purchase of our home, my wife and I have a number of bad experiences with questionable contractors and service professionals, weve become very critical of everyone we hire to help keep our house a home, and I can honestly say that Jim Minter and his people at CCS set the highest standards of integrity, thoroughness, and professionalism.
