I have used CCS for two different jobs now. The first was Asbestos abatement of an old furnace removal in my basement. The pricing from CCS was very competitive and the work was great. They did everything they said they would and more, even helping find some contractors to help with some concrete removal as well. They were also very nice to work with and seem to have the customers interest in mind at all times.
Based on this experience I called CCS again when we had some mold damage at a rental property we own. I had the same experience again, very fair price and great quality of work. They ended up fully remodeling both the bathrooms that were damaged and helped coordinate/recommend a quality plumber and tile contractor.
We have done several home remodel projects and worked with many contractors and Dave/CCS have been one of the best. I would highly recommend them.
