As a young first-time home owner, when I discovered I had a mold issue, I was very scared and confused to say the least. I was referred to Colorado Cleanup Services from Mold Inspection Sciences who performed the initial mold inspection, and boy, am I glad I was!
From Day 1 when Dave, the Project Manager, entered my home to inspect the problem, to the Final Day of work preformed, CCS’ whole team was first class all the way. First and foremost, Dave very much impressed me with how well he managed the project. He instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease - I knew I was in good hands from the start. I have a strong background in sales, service and project management. As a result I believe I have a keen eye for high-quality workers and I do tend to notice every detail in the way a project is executed. I have zero complaints and only extreme joy!
Edgar and Guido, the workers... wow. I felt more than comfortable opening my home for these two amazing gentlemen, even when I was not here. They assured me they would get every last spot of mold and they were true to their word. They were SO respectful of my home and did spotless work. Especially the work they did on the exterior... WOW is all I can think to say.
All of the mold is out of my home, I am proud to say. The crew really went above and beyond in my eyes.
