Quick, Easy and Worry Free 1/29/2013

I called CCS and they got back with me right away. We needed help and needed it fast. In no time at all Jim and his guys had cleaned up our place and replaced all the carpet. Jim even worked with our insurance company. I didn't have to do anything! I am really impressed by their professionalism. more

Remediation and Reconstruction of HVAC room. 9/17/2012

A Thank You from the Heart to all the people at CCS for a great job done in my HVAC room. I had no idea what was involved with removing walls, replacing studs and rebuilding the room back up for the installation of the HVAC. Jim Minter was very professional in explaining everything and his patience and kindness is appreciated so much. I was very nervous and upset and he listened and put me at ease and made me feel my job was a priotity and important. He did everything he said he would and was always on time and would ask if the time was good to get work done. The crew who did the work with Jim were very professional and when they were done they left the area cleaner than it was when they started. I would highly recommend CCS to my friends and family. CCS does great work and I know it is done correct. THANK YOU. more

Everything turned out good. 9/14/2012

I used them to do a little bit of mold remediation. There was mold where the washer and dryer were, so they set up a containment there and dried it out with these machines over a couple days. After that, they cut out a foot and a half of drywall and removed that, and removed some tile on the floor around the area. Then they basically painted the floor with anti-mold paint to kill it all if any existed afterwards, and they replaced everything from there. more

Amazing response and excellent work. Flexible above and beyond the call of duty. 8/20/2012

A pipe leaked in my house while I was travelling. Although my son responded to the initial incident, I was able to work with Phil Ast in a remote control method. it takes a special skill to keep in contact with someone who is flitting about the country during the whole project. I have been in condominium and hotel management for nearly 30 years and have seen my share of disasters. Never have I had a situation taken care of that I needed to do so little. It was amazing. My Victorian home is 125 years old and I want it to be treated with TLC to honor the old dame. Floors were covered with plastic and a zipper barrier kept the dirt and grime from the rest of the house. The quality of work was perfect. As one who inspects properties as part of my living, I am very picky. There were few things that needed to be addressed and they were taken care of immediately. I can say that my room has been restored to better than new while still preserving the historic elements of the room. Good job and thanks for the stress less experience. I would recommend your company to anyone. Phil you and your team ROCK! more

Oustanding professionalism and customer service! 7/16/2012

I had a refrigerator ice maker line valve that went bad and leaked water down into my basement. I was referred to CCS and I am very grateful that I was. Jake and Carlos are true professionals. They were sincere and thorough in their assessment and competent in the restoration. I will definitely recommend this business to my friends and family. Thanks for everything fellas. more

The minute I called CCS I stopped worrying! 5/15/2012

I smelled a really foul odor coming from the basement when I came home at noon to let my dog out. Of course I thought the dog had had a problem. Not so - the sewer line had backed up, flooding almost half of my basement with you-know-what! My brother had worked with CCS and suggested I call them. CCS sent a crew out to extract the water, remove damaged contents, and set up drying equipment. They came back to meet with the insurance adjuster a couple of days later to make sure we were all on the same page, then continued to work with the adjuster to the end of the project, making sure I no more surprises. CCS managed the mitigation and restoration completely. The only thing I needed to do was to choose paint and carpet colors. The project is complete and turned out great! I could not be more pleased and grateful that I made the call to CCS. more

I would highly recommend CCS for any water damage/rebuild job anywhere. 5/15/2012

When my reverse osmosis water purifier drain leaked into my kitchen cabinet and then into my basement ceiling and walls, CCS was the only company I would hire to mitigate the water damages and rebuild my basement. Jake, my job manager, did exactly what he said he was going to do, in the time he said he was going to do it, and very, very economically. While all that is good, it was the final product on which I am basing my evaluation. My house is rebuilt to perfection. It is better than it was before I had the water damages. Looks like new. I know I do not have a problem with mold, nor will I ever have a problem with mold from this inicident. And it looks as good as the day I bought the house. A heartfelt thank you to my project manager,Jake, as well as the owners Jim and Renee, Tom and Terri for a job well done!!! more

True professionals 4/6/2012

I cannot say in a few words how great these guys are. Phil and his team were literally the best decision we could have made when our home was broken into and we needed a cleanup service to help us out. From moving all of our furniture and belongings out, to the meticulous care they took in protecting the fragile items, to their effortless assistance in arranging carpet and flooring people to do their part, to carefully putting up plastic sheeting to protect even more... These guys did it all, in a reasonable time frame, worked seamlessly with insurance and truly were just great guys! We only had 12 days to closing to take care of the mold problem, Phil Ast and his crew were excellent they were easy to talk to, explained everything so thoroughly and they did a great job, hopefully I will never need them again, but if I have a problem I would use no one else. more

Excellent Service, Excellent Customer Care and Support 2/21/2012

Colorado Cleanup Services (CCS)assisted me with a Major restoration project after my mother's house was heavily damaged by a water pipe break and flooding. Tom and Phil were there with me through every step. Asbestos testing, asbestos remmoval and total restoration of the interior. I cannot say how much I appeciate their help and patience throuhg a long a difficult process with all parts of this project. They tried with great success to stay within the alloted budget and made sure the house was restored to better than previous condition. I would recomend this company to anyone. Great Company 2/6/2012

I am a project manager for a large flooring company. I handle the insurance work.I have used CCS to do do all the work that my company does not do for the insurance jobs for over 2 years.Dave Conn is the person I have worked with on my jobs. He and his crew have never let me down in any way. He has on several occasions gone above and beyond the scope of work to get the job done. The insurance company that I do the work for treats its members like royalty and demands the highest quality work.This is what i get from Dave Conn and his crew each and every time.They are the ones to call in a time of need. more

I live in a condo and the unit above me flooded my ceiling. My insurance company offered the Premier Service and I used that service. That is how I learned about CCS. 1/28/2012

CCS contacted me after I used the Premier Service Plan with State Farm Insurance. I live in a condo and the unit above me caused water damage to my ceilings in the entry and laundry room area. They repaired the drywall in the ceiling and part of a wall. They were so prompt, professional and very neat and clean in their job performance. I never knew that working with drywall could be kept so contained. Also, they sent a HVAC company to check out my furnace because water had run into part of it. Everything was done in a professional manner and I will promote CCS in my condo building as well as to friends and use this company in the future if I ever need their kind of services. more

CCS staff headed by Phil Ast saved our bathrooms and sanity. 1/23/2012

My wife and I had a bathroom disaster this fall caused by a pinhole leak in our toilet when wasn't detected for 5 months. The plumbing company that sold us the toilet called in Colorado Cleanup Services to mitigate the mold and other problems. As CCS worked on the repairs, at each stage more problems were revealed. CCS worked with us and supported us through the entire process. We heartily recommend CCS and the staff headed by Phil Ast that aided us and restored both the main bathroom and the bathroom in the basement. more

Anybody has to have work done on their furnace they should go to Colorado Cleanup Services because their honesty and they will not rip you off. 1/6/2012

Wonderful service. They were very honest with us. I am pleased that he was able to send someone out to fix our furnace, instead of having to replace the whole furnace. Another company said we had to replace the furnace, and would not try to repair it. He told us the amount of money it would cost and I appreciated his honesty. If I have any other issues, we will definitly go through them because of their honesty. I was glad they did not charge us to come out and give an estimate. more

I called with an problem at one of our locations. Spoke with Terry. Even though the problem we had was not something CCS could help us with, Terry went out of her way and found a company that could handle our situation. What great customer service!
