My Service Manager - Frank Davis was very through all and explained everything I needed to know about what was done to my car or needed to do and as a reminder explained everything on my receipt. more

I have had problems with my Navigator in my 2007 Civic Honda. It would work for a while and then go out when I needed it most. The great service department at College Park Honda installed a new Navigator system and now I can drive off to any new place with complete confidence and assurance. Thank You CP Honda!!! more

BEWARE - UNETHICAL 4/20/2011

Do not buy from this dealership.\r \r I took my family to College Park Honda on 4/16/2011 to test drive a pre-owned Honda Pilot and negotiate a purchase of the Pilot with a trade-in of my car. After the salesman, Eddie, offered a low amount for my car, we left the dealership. Thereafter, in successive voicemail messages, Eddie and his internet sales manager, Reagan Harrison, increased the offer to a final amount of $20,000. The next day, Sunday, I called both Eddie and the dealership and agreed to come in on Monday to purchase the car. On Monday morning, I again called the dealership, and confirmed with Reagan that the offer of $20,000 for my car was acceptable and that I would come in after work at 6:00pm that day to purchase the Pilot. Reagan stated that the Pilot would be ?all cleaned up and ready to go? for me. Way more pricy 4/6/2011

I decided to come to this dealership because they would somewhat match a service timing belt job from another dealer quote of $699 they wanted $775. Fine, then they called to charge me $180! For a tensioner which is included in all timing belt, water pump installs which after taxes will be around $1000 which I can have done at any other dealer. The rep was named Junior, he was nice and cool but overall they won't price match. More expensive especiall when I told them I found a tensioner at another dealer for $82! more

First of all, let me start by saying that I am a long time customer of College Park Honda. My family and I own four Honda's-three of which were purchased from College Park Honda. All four of our cars have been brought here for service for almost ten years. We have experience in dealing with most of all of the employees of this dealership-and all are welcoming and want to be helpful.\r As far as the sales department goes-we have had nothing but positive experiences. We have purchased three new Honda's from these guys over the span of seven years, and we will go back when the time comes to purchase another car. My father has been a business man his entire professional career, and we have never felt as though we were being taken advantage of in terms of pricing, financing, etc. They are honest and while they want our business, they are respectful of our wishes. My wife and I had an excellent experience with the sales and financing department at College Park Honda January 5 and 6, 2011, especially Michael Greengold and Tharius Robinson, although we made our purchase at another area Honda dealership. Had we not received a friends and family discount at this other dealership I am certain the rating for our experience would be 5 stars. To be clear, we were first-time buyers so we were very impressionable. We were skeptical that our experience would be much different from the reviews since all the negative reviews were specific about the sales people. However, as the responses from Heather state here about how the dealership has changed since coming under new management in January 2010, I can attest that they - at least Mike and Tharius, and even sales managers Uday Gulati and JD - don't operate the same way they are accused of on insiderpages. First of all, I would like to let everyone know I am 22 years old and looking to buy my first car. This dealership was the first dealership that I decided to give a real chance to because Brian Haley said he would ?do whatever it takes to make me come to College Park Honda to buy the Civic I wanted.?\r \r With that being said, you can only imagine how horrible this went. First of all, I used to work at a dealership and date a car salesman.
