First of all, I would like to let everyone know I am 22 years old and looking to buy my first car. This dealership was the first dealership that I decided to give a real chance to because Brian Haley said he would ?do whatever it takes to make me come to College Park Honda to buy the Civic I wanted.?\r

With that being said, you can only imagine how horrible this went. First of all, I used to work at a dealership and date a car salesman. I know all the tricks that these guys play on customers and it makes me sick to my stomach what happened yesterday, August 17, 2010. It made me so upset that I had nightmares about the gentlemen and what they did. At 4:30 (an hour before I was supposed to be getting there), Brian calls me to tell me they sold the Civic he was going to sell to me and they had one they could get me by tomorrow but to still come in today to go over the paper work. I agreed because I understand that kind of stuff can happen.\r
