Shady People make for Shady Businesses 7/29/2012

I came into this place for services on my 09 Civic Si. I had problems with the suspension in which i heard rattling noises and clanking noises. When i came there and asked if they could fix the problem, they told me the noise was from my aftermarket exhaust which was not secured tightly. I went home and checked. It was on there pretty tight and not moving. I wiggled it and it didn't make a sound or hit anything in the undercarriage. I went to my local Shell Gas station to speak with my longtime mechanic and he told me that its not my exhaust, it's my endlinks. Upon knowing this, I came back to Honda of CP and told them I had another mechanic look and told me it was my endlinks. The service advisor then brought my car back and when he returned, he stated, that it was my exhaust and not my endlinks. So, the clanking noise continued on my drive home. I then purchased a set of endlinks from Advance Auto Parts for about $40 and changed the damn things myself. Guess what? Noise was gone. No more

STAY AWAY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!! 10/2/2011

STAY AWAY, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The Salesman Richard Reddick lied, they said they would meet any written offer, but when it came to it they said "NO", they didn't believe that the offer that I showed them was real, but didn't want into calling anyone a liar. They inflated the Freight Charge to $830 when ALL HONDA'S are $770 for Freight and that is guaranteed by HONDA AMERICA! The sales man said I was crazy if I thought I would get more than their offer for my trade, and I got $5000 more than their offer. Don't go for the "life time warranty", it is not worth the trouble. You will be lied to, you will be taken advantage of, you will be treated badly and they will RIP YOU OFF!! I got an AMAZING DEAL at Northwest Honda, I saved $4000 on my new 2012 Civic and I got an AMAZING TRADE! Do your self a favor, stay away from COLLEGE PARK HONDA, they are nothing but RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!!!!!! more

I worked with Gill and he was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything that would happened both during the service and after I picked my car up. I have been to College Park Honda twice for service reasons. And both times, the level of customer service from the reps I dealt with were off the charts. AND, to add onto that, the other players I interacted with in the Service Department (cashier, other service reps) were just as professional and friendly. more

Gill was very helpful. The turn-around time was reasonable. I appreciated the ability for a discount. I appreciate learning about the semi-synthetic oil for my 2010 and the explanation that the focus on 5000 miles, 10000 miles etc....is not as necessary as it is to understand how differently everyone drives and that the maintenance light will prompt me to address what needs to be done (oil life, etc...). Thanks again. more
