Please go nowhere near this dealership - do not send them an email, do not give them your phone number. They will harass you and lie to you - ANYTHING, to get you in the door and then they will not let you leave until they think they have you. I did not buy a car from them but they continue to call me, telling me that they have "my" car and that I need to just do the paperwork so that their kids can eat. They told me that if I didn't buy the car that people would get fired and on and on and on. They are ruthless people and will lie and cheat to get you to buy a car and they will not give you a good deal but they will make you think you are getting the best deal ever - these people are swindlers. And they are mean - they have yelled at me, they have argued with me, they have harassed me. They will use guilt, lies - anything. Please stay away. They don't care about the customer, just the deal. Very Poor Customer Service 3/7/2008

I had made the unfortunate mistake of purchasing a vehicle from these clowns, a few months later I received a recall notice. I called the service shop and made an appointment to have the car serviced for the recall. When I arrived I gave the person behind the counter my keys and sat in the waiting room for about an hour, they came in and told me they didn't have the part in stock and didn't know when they would receive it. So I took off work and sat there for an hour for nothing. It took 2 more trips in to get this recall corrected! TRULY PATHETIC! Don't make the mistake I did, go somewhere else. more

Do NOT buy any vehicle sold by these yahoos, even if this was the last car dealership on earth. I would rather walk than own another car purchased from this group of scumbags.\r \r The price we received online from one of their employees (in response to an email request) was $1,000 below MSRP, so naturally, we drove the hour down to College Park to buy our new Civic. After "negotiating" with two complete morons, we arrived at a competitive price - only to have the second moron add their "mandatory" dealer-installed package costing $2,000 (which included wheel locks, paint "protection," and fabric "protection" - all of which I could have bought for $50). We talked them down to $1,000 and in the end, only paid MSRP (which was less than we would have paid anywhere else - we checked).\r \r But these people were rude, immoral, and illegal (do plenty of research on the Consumer Protection Act and the Truth in Lending Act before you buy a car). A Bunch of Liars and Cheats- Do not buy/get service here!! 9/15/2007

I bought a 2002 Honda Accord five years ago from this place.... the thing was built like a piece of total crap-- needed new engine/alternator/power steering pump (within four weeks of buying it brand new)... That was under warranty- thank goodness...\r When I bought the car, I also purchased the "Free Lifetime Oil Change" which I was led to believe would entitle me to free oil changes for as long as I owned the car... Well, after five years of servicing my car.. they started to get bitchy when I didn't want to get my maintenance done at their outrageous rates (they also lied about things that my car did not need... saying that I needed them desperately at mucho $$$ I got second and third opinions that said otherwise)... So then when I rolled up last Friday to get an oil change- they said "sorry, your contract is only good when you get your service and suggested maintenance done here. Bad Customer Service/Bad Dealer 8/19/2006

I'm writing this in regards to the service College Park Honda offers. It awful, degrading to the buyer, and by far, the worst experience I have received from a dealer. First, all CP Honda employees are unprofessional. They talk and act as though they've made thousands of sales, and they don't care for your business.\r \r Here was my experience:\r I went to CP Honda to find a Honda Accord for a specific price I was looking for. After an hour of negotiating with them, they said no deal and I left. The following day, I receive a call from them stating that I can get the Accord for the price I asked. Thus, I go to the dealership with my family, ready to buy the car. \r When we arrive, they say the employee who called us only said we can "try" for that price, and that employees are not allowed to state a price over the phone. No hospitality 4/16/2006

Similar to any big shop with no interest in servicing customers unlike they are there to buy a car, this honda shop is not that good. I went there to buy a small knob for a radiator and had to wait for a long time for some one to talk to me. Even after that, the hospitality was not that good. But, the guy in the parts sections is really knowledgable about the honda cars. more

Bad Dealer 3/15/2006

They got me into leasing a Honda Civic LX 2002 saying that I would be able to save a lot of money at the end. Several times I took my car in for a service I ended up with something wrong with my car. One time I noticed the radiator cap was missing after it got out from service. That hasn't been replaced until this very moment. Then one time my car's left front strut was leaking and they wanted to charge me when it was still under factory warranty. My car's mileage was very low and still is. Then I was told by one of the agents there that I am only allowed to return my car to College Park when the lease is terminated. This is not what American Honda told me when I gave them a call. I can return my car to any Honda dealer within the States. Also, God forbid if you ever make any complaints to them. They will either be rude at you, no respect towards their customers at all, and they will make you wait like forever. I would never ever go to this dealer again, neither would I recommend this more

i had my worst experience here at this honda deler. I bought my 2002 honda civic from them and at the time of the sale they told me they would give me free life time maintainance but everytime i would go there they would charge me and i told them that the service is free and they asked me to bring the contract and i dont have it with me. they make you wait long time and find something wrong with the car all the time you go there and ofcourse if you get it fixed there they will charge off the roof prices for repair and parts.
