I'm writing this in regards to the service College Park Honda offers. It awful, degrading to the buyer, and by far, the worst experience I have received from a dealer. First, all CP Honda employees are unprofessional. They talk and act as though they've made thousands of sales, and they don't care for your business.\r \r Here was my experience:\r I went to CP Honda to find a Honda Accord for a specific price I was looking for. After an hour of negotiating with them, they said no deal and I left. The following day, I receive a call from them stating that I can get the Accord for the price I asked. Thus, I go to the dealership with my family, ready to buy the car. \r When we arrive, they say the employee who called us only said we can "try" for that price, and that employees are not allowed to state a price over the phone.
