I worked with Gill and he was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything that would happened both during the service and after I picked my car up. I have been to College Park Honda twice for service reasons. And both times, the level of customer service from the reps I dealt with were off the charts. AND, to add onto that, the other players I interacted with in the Service Department (cashier, other service reps) were just as professional and friendly.
