I gave my visit three stars since it started off as a bad experience, but then ended up better. The lady at the front desk needed some more help since she was taking on too much by herself. Which then in turn, ended up causing my appointment wait to be over an hour and a half before I could get back to be seen. I was never told that my appointment was just going to be a quick visit with the dentist giving me a plan. So I felt like my appointment was a waste since I had to wait that long to get back there for maybe 15 minutes. Once all of this went on, the dentist assistant apologized the whole time as well as the dentist for my wait. They were very professional and helped to answer any of my questions. I am still waiting for the apology from the lady at the front desk.
