Waited for 1 hr and 40 minutes before being seen.

The dentist was very good; the post op was not; I did not know I could only get Tylenol 3 for dental surgery; should have been something much stronger to bread thru the pain threshold I was having. Next time I visit; no major dental work done w/only a small amount of medicine for the recovery. more

I feel that Coast Dental suggests services that are not necessary or marginal, at best. I stopped going there. You should too! more

Wait time to be seen and to check out was long. I had been out all morning, and would have liked to have had a little toothbrush and blot of toothpaste to freshed up my teeth prior to my appointment. Would have been nice to have gotten that, but was told the office didn't have any. What a nice gesture it would have been to have been given a little cheap brush and dab of toothpaste. I forgot to bring my from home. Front desk, not very cordial to patients checking in or out. more

I was seen promptly. All of the staff were very personable and considerate. Dr. Woods explained everything that should be done, and made a proposed treatment plan that will work within my budget. more

Wonderful 3/29/2010

It was pleasant, everyone is always super sweet and nice and that makes me feel comfortable. Sometimes though I feel pushed into them wanting me to do certain services and I do not appreciate that. I have a budget, I call and I ask for what I want and need, I do not need more things put on me at that time unless it is a problems that needs to be addressed like a root canal or something of that nature. more
