Waited for 1 hr and 40 minutes before being seen.

The not so great experience ever 5/13/2011

The service was not particularly the best. My kids were there just 6 mos ago and i was made to fill out the entire new patient form again. I was told they "have" to do that EVERY time you go in. I was at work and had to leave to fill out the papers or they couldn't treat the kids. the receptionist was rude. My kids told me that the dentist didn't even check their teeth they just took x-rays and cleaned, but i was told my daughter had a cavity and strangly enough it was the same tooth they fixed last visit...If it were;t for the ins. i have i would not go back to that office. more

Called office and was seen same day by Dr. Daams. Her and her assistants are the mot caring and compassionate people I have ever met. Bravo to all of thei>>>>\\\\!!!! more

Periodic Periodontal Treatment 5/4/2011

I had a thorough explanation of my treatment plan and approved the final cost before receiving treatment. The provider was efficient and friendly. However, I would like to be given samples of toothpaste, floss, etc. to take home. more

love love love this office. they tranformed my teeth into teeth i can smile with and be proud of. staff is awesome, very helpful, super nice and acutually like their jobs. not too many people enjoy going to the dentist, including me. now i look forward to all my appointments with anticipation and a smile. the only negative thing about this office is the wait time, they are never on time, actual wait time for me has been from 25 to 75 minutes, i work in the medical field and we notify patients if we are more than 15 min behind, appointment times should be when you're seen, or close to it, only draw back at coast. but i do like the staff and dr, so i grin and wait.. more

Had all charges explained-declined most due to "add-on" unneeded services. 3 hour experience for x-ray&cleaning! 8:30-11:30 AM! more

I would have thought you would have at lest had the courtesy to let me know the Dentist I was seeing left the practice. I found out when I saw her name missing on the front door. Real professional! more

The Dr. was outstanding as always and the technician was a close second. 12/15/2010

The actual health care was excellent, but the clerical aspects need improvement. I would rate the clerical help below average in attentiveness to the patients and my perception was that they were not fully knowledgeable or skilled at there tasks. more
