So i recently went in for a cleaning and extraction where the tooth is broken off at the gum line i got there 15 min before my appt. soon three other patients arrived they were all seen before me. One of them was a teenage girl that was supposed to see the doctor as i was. She went back and about 5 min leater left saying the doctor wasnt there. I heard the receptionist and other employees wispering that the doctor was not coming in.Another half an hour later..(an hour after my appt) i was told the doctor had called in sick and that i could call back and schedule another appt. When i got angry i was told they would "try" to fity me in but i would have to wait for a while ( i had already waited an hour) and possible wouldnt get scene. The receptionist was rude to me and the people she waS on the phone with. I t was also very obvious that her and the other employees were bad mouthing a patient that had had a problem with her insurance. Over all i think the place was rude and very unproffesional i will NEVER return and will discourage weveryone i know from going to this office
