Initial visit 11/9/2011

Unpleasant experience from the time I walked into the door. I will no longer be a patient of this practice. I voiced my complaints to the office mng about the poor customer service provided by your staff. more

Incompetent 11/8/2011

My daughter 8 years old is was a patient here. 7 months ago they found two cavities. One they filled the other needed a cap. The caps were recalled and they had to wait to get them. For 7 months I called to make an appointment but the receptionist was never available. Finally, 7 months later we got an appointment. The tooth is so bad it now needs to be extracted. They were going to do the extraction but because my 8 year old cried when they shot her with novacaine they refused to do the procedure. If this was taken care of months ago we would not be in this situation. When I expressed my feelings to them about refusing to do the procedure the lady said she was not going to go back and forth with me and threatend me with the cops. more

It is open enrollment time, and I was just wondering why I am charged $370.00 for one crown? I cannot seem to find this information on their online site. Would it be possible to send me a breakdown as soon as possible, so that I may enroll in the plan that I need the most. Thank you. more

I love this office. Its clean and nice with great people working. I had an 8:30am appointment and i was in and out. I appreciate an office that values my time. The receptionist was really nice and helpful and the Dental Provider was excellent! I would recommend highly to anyone. more

Very Good deep cleaning 10/14/2011

I usually hate cleanings because I am in so much pain during the procedure. This time I had the numbing gel and although I felt some sensation it was not unbearable. The post procedure numbing gel was an added plus. I was OK (slight constant pain felt )until about 9pm my procedure was at 9:20am that morning. I had to take a Tynenol to go to sleep. Stop pushing the brushes, washes, etc though. Some people really are scrunging to pay for basic dental care and cannnot afford the extras. more

Customer Service worsens 9/30/2011

Every visit and or phone call is getting worse and worse. That is if the office does not cancel my appointment at no fault of my own. Because of the poor service I am seriously considering looking for a new dentist's office. more

The receptionist is RUDE!!! 9/25/2011

I sat in the waiting room for an hour waiting to be seen while other appointments scheduled after me got called back before me. When I asked the lady at the front desk how much longer I was going to have to wait she was very rude! Then they tried to rush me out the door without even doing what I wanted done in the first place until I caught my attitude! more
