My daughter 8 years old is was a patient here. 7 months ago they found two cavities. One they filled the other needed a cap. The caps were recalled and they had to wait to get them. For 7 months I called to make an appointment but the receptionist was never available. Finally, 7 months later we got an appointment. The tooth is so bad it now needs to be extracted. They were going to do the extraction but because my 8 year old cried when they shot her with novacaine they refused to do the procedure. If this was taken care of months ago we would not be in this situation. When I expressed my feelings to them about refusing to do the procedure the lady said she was not going to go back and forth with me and threatend me with the cops.
