Although Dr. Woods is excellent and I highly recommend her the front office/insurance staff is HORRIBLE. One person states one thing and when you call back someone else changes the story. I have been fighting for six months to get them to send in proper documentation to my two insurance companies (they are in network). According to my insurance company I should have only paid one amount but they are billing me for a much higher amount. They state that I signed paper work approving upgraded services, but can't produce it. I hate to lose Dr. Woods, but I will not be played by money hungry corporations.
