I am happy with Clupper Brothers Carpet's products, service, and installation. I had been looking at places like Home Depot, Lowe's, and another private place. Clupper Brothers was just nice because they're smaller so when I went in there, I had all of their attention. I didn't have to look around for anyone to help me. I felt since they just did carpeting and flooring, they knew what they were talking about. You go to a place like Home Depot and you're not sure of what they know in that department but I trusted Clupper's opinion more so. They were great and I would recommend them. Their prices are competitive. more

Very good! 2/20/2014

I've been using Clupper Brothers Carpet for almost 30 years, ever since we moved to Akron. They've been very patient and understanding. They're very helpful, and the men who do the installation do a good job. They clean up well, and they've never marked up my walls or anything! more

Carpeted Bedroom, Hallway and Removed Carpet from anothter Bedroom 2/19/2014

In future, I wouldn't go anywhere else for carpet - or any other floor treatment for that matter - than Clupper Brothers as they did such a great job and we couldn't be happier with the results. From my initial 'just looking' to the final installation, we were completely satisfied with the friendly and professional service we received from everyone involved -- including follow-up calls to make sure we were totally pleased with their work. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking for quality service and workmanship. more

No fuss, no muss 2/14/2014

My experience with Clupper Brothers Carpet was fantastic. They were reliable, efficient, and had good follow up. They installed a beautiful carpet for my stairs and hallway and honestly did an excellent job. Mike was very budget friendly and helped me immensely with my decision with picking out the carpet. I was happy with the vast amount of options that I was given. The installers, Bruce and Mark, were very punctual, personable, and professional. The prices were fine and they finished the job within the time quoted. I had no problems whatsoever in my experience with them. I'd definitely recommend them. more

Great folks 2/3/2014

I'm very pleased with the service from Clupper Brothers Carpet. I really liked the salesmen because they were very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful during the time we took to make a decision. My wife and I truly thought it was a great experience. We hired them to install carpet for our stairs and the prices were reasonable. This was our first time using them and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The installers were punctual, courteous, and efficient. I'm happy that they got the job done well and on time. more

Simple, friendly and efficient! 1/8/2014

We used Clupper Brothers Carpet for the first time to install new carpet at our house in a room and on some stairs. They were very friendly and helpful during the carpet selection process, and the installation also went very smoothly. The carpet looks great! The installers were very friendly, and they worked hard to get the carpet installed before Christmas despite a packed schedule. They made the process easy! more

New luxury vinyl tile and carpet 1/7/2014

Peace of mind, expert advice, expert and on time installation and a fair price. What more could I ask for? It was the first time that we had bought new floor coverings and I am glad we chose Cluppers. We will have them back soon for more carpet. Mike and Pat are the best! more

Hardworking brothers. Very nice to deal with. 1/6/2014

I used Clupper Brothers Carpet when I needed carpeting for my family room and dining room. Everything turned out very well. This was my first time using them in a long time. I used them a while back in the 80s. Since then, I had moved into different houses that didn't need carpeting. When I recently did need carpeting again, I remembered how good a service they provided back them, so I called them up for this job. They let me take samples home, so I could get the right colors to match. They arrived on time to do the measurements. The installation happened exactly as it was supposed to. They moved what they needed to then moved everything back to their places. The whole project only took a day to complete. I was again pleased with the service. The company is owned by two brothers who work really well together. They are both nice guys to deal with, and they always work their hardest whether it be in the showroom or at an installation. more

Clupper Brothers Carpet has outstanding customer service! They gave me all the options I was looking for, and there was definitely no pressure. They are easy to talk with, and they were concerned with that I wanted and what was best for me. They carpeted almost an entire house, and it turned out fantastic! It was my first time using them, and I would highly recommend them. They are professional, and they take care of your interests and needs. They have honest, dependable and great customer service. more

Clupper Brothers Carpet installed carpets for me. Everyone was friendly, and I was satisfied with everything. The work turned out great, and I had no problems or issues. It wasn't the first time I've used them, and I continue to use them because I'm satisfied with their service and the quality of the carpet I've gotten from them. I've never had any issues! more

Really great experience worth sharing 11/22/2013

I had searched for a carpeting style that I liked, and had checked with a few other carpet companies. Mike and his brother were good in listening to what I wanted, and the installation team of Brian, Anthony, and Mark were great. I would highly recommend Clupper Brothers, and will definitely go to them first for new carpeting / flooring. more

Our carpet looks better than we even expected! 11/19/2013

We are so pleased with how the carpeting looks. From the way the runner accents the hard wood steps to the unusual and unique way the fibers in the carpet make it appear almost two-toned. The gentlemen at Clupper Bros. were the experts who guided the way to help us achieve the result we wanted. We recommend them highly! more

Clupper Brothers went the extra mile. 11/19/2013

Clupper Brothers Carpet carpeted five bedrooms, a hallway, and the stairs. I was very pleased with all the carpet I purchased. The installers worked really well with my schedule and were good at expediting the process. They were really friendly. When they put the carpeting on the stairs, they noticed that the hardwood looked really nice underneath it. They worked with me to adjust the carpet so that it would show some of the wood. I don't think I would have done that unless it had been pointed out to me. They went above and beyond what was called for. They are really friendly and I felt really comfortable with them. They did what they were supposed to do. more

From the initial shopping, to the prompt estimate, to the punctual, personable installers, to the finished product, everything went smoothly. The installers arrived earlier than planned which was great as I was ready for them. They kept me advised of progress and had me review what they were going to do. They completed the installation sooner than anticipated and cleaned up before they left. They were professional in every way possible. Love my floor and they did a great job. more
