Carpet and Wood floor 9/7/2013

Mike's knowledge of the products (carpet and wood flooring) was extensive and helpful to my wife and I. He helped us to make an informed choice of which carpet and wood floor product would suit us and our budget. We were on a tight schedule for the install and crew for both the wood floor and the carpeting were able to get the job done on time. They even worked part of the holiday (Labor Day) weekend. My wife and I are VERY pleased with our living room carpet and dining room wood floor. more

They're a very good company to do business with. 9/3/2013

I've known Clupper Brothers Carpet for quite a while. I bought most of the carpeting in my house from them. They're very nice people and I like the carpeting. When they come to put it in they do a good job. They're a local company. They've been here in business for a long, long time. His father started the business, so that means they're very respectable and go out of their way to help you. I just bought some kitchen carpet they installed one day last week. Everybody I know that does business with Mike and Pat are very happy with their business. more

Honest, good people to work with 8/28/2013

During a time when businesses are going wireless and there is so much access to whole sale items online, Clupper Brothers Carpet has been around forever and survived. That says a lot, and I think it's because they're good people to work with. They are very honest and realistic when they try to help you choose what's right for your home. I told them that I am trying to choose "green products" and reduce my carbon footprint, and they were very up front with what products and prices they could offer me. They're great at setting and keeping deadlines. The installers arrived promptly. I do have some complicated areas of my home because it's an old house, so the only problems I had with the installation had nothing to do with the actual work they put it. They even repaired what I asked them to without question. I recommend working with Clupper Brothers because they are fair and honest, and you know what you're getting into. more

From the time I entered the store and talked with Pat Clupper, I knew that is where I wanted to do business. He and his brother, Mike, helped me decide on the appropriate carpet. I can't say enough good things about the service and the installation. We are very satisfied for a job well done. more

First-class service. Absolutely excellent and superb. 8/23/2013

Clupper Brothers Carpet put carpeting up the stairs to the second floor and along a very long hallway with five doorways. They had to deal with fitting it in those doorways. They did an excellent job. We've used them before for a hardwood floor about six or seven years ago. Clupper Brothers have been in business a long time. The father started the business and these guys grew up in the business. They do a great job. They won't sell you anything that's cheap. I've got complete confidence in these people. more

Always buy our carpet from Clupper Brothers! 8/16/2013

We've used Clupper Brothers previously, about three or four times, and now we just automatically go back to them because we've always had success. They're very professional, give us fair prices, and the carpet installers are very good at what they do. The company we used before them, one of the installer's knives ruined a room's floor that cut into the wood. Clupper brothers is top notch and very good to work with. more

Very outstanding experience for 30 years! 8/12/2013

I give Clupper Brothers Carpet top rating! I've used them for 30 years and they are super! They have a great product, never had a problem with it. They are very professionals and the installers are great. I couldn't be more pleased. We own a four unit townhouse and they've done all of the carpeting and flooring. We bought carpeting from Clupper Brothers Carpet for our great room, dining room, two bedrooms, two staircases, and a hallway. We are very satisfied. They came out when they told us they would be here, moved the furniture for us, and we were just very pleased with them. They were very neat. We had talked to other people who had used them and got a good reference. They were nice to deal with. They showed us different types of carpeting, came out and took the measurements, and the measurements were correct with the carpet they sent. more

My parents had carpet installed in their entire home. Not only was the shopping process easy, the installation went off without a hitch.Tthe installers were friendly & competent. I have recommended Clupper to my friends & family. It's nice to know that people do exactly what they are contracted to do. They exceeded my parents expectations. more

Would only say that installers left a little debris behind. Overall they were pleasant and did a good job. Wish they had not put the furniture in the kitchen, though, as it blocked my work space for the time they were there. more

Our experience was great. They were very professional. Mike, the sales guy we dealt with, was very knowledgeable about his products. We had several questions and he was able to answer them all to our satisfaction. He was very dependable, he said he would be out here at a certain time for measurements and he was here on the dot. He did what he had to do, reviewed everything, and got us straightened out. He called us the day before the install, and let us know approximately what time the installers would be here. The installers arrived right on time. They came in and did what they had to do. The installers were extremely professional, we were very pleased with them. We had no problems at all, we would highly recommend Clupper Brothers Abbey Carpet. If we ever need carpet again this is where we will go. more

Clupper Brothers Abbey Carpet installed carpets in my living room and dining room. Their staff is excellent and they did a good job, I am very satisfied with their work. They provide quick and very professional service from the shop to the carpet installation. They helped me pick out the right carpet and ordered larger samples for me so that I could look at all the colors. I appreciated that and it really helped me to make a decision. I like dealing with local merchants and I appreciate that they are local people. Overall, I am very pleased and I would absolutely use them again. more
