Very professional and customer oriented. 4/4/2013

We used Clupper Brothers 25 years ago when we purchased a new condo. They did all the carpeting and tile work. Because of our complete satisfaction at that time, I didn't even think of someone else when it came time to update. I went directly to Clupper Brothers. more

Long-term happy customer. 4/1/2013

We've been using Clupper Brothers Abbey Carpet for years, since we first moved into our house in 1986. They've done the house repeatedly and they most recently have helped me get my parent's house fixed it up. The best way to put it is that they're not after the almighty dollar. They want you to get what you want and what you need. more

Clupper Brothers Abbey Carpet is great. They were on time. The two carpet layers were two guys with 30 years experience each. They were as nice as could be, cooperative, showed up on time, and finished on time. We had used them before so we knew they were good. I would certainly use them again. more

Fantastic service and installation from start to finish! 3/18/2013

The office and installation staff were fantastic. I shopped all of the large box stores prior to coming to Clupper Brothers and Clupper Brothers made the sale within five minutes with guarantees that the other large box stores couldn't offer. The installation team was prompt, courteous, enjoyable and explained the entire process, including the restretching I had done. I would highly recommend Clupper Brothers! more

The Clupper Brothers were very helpful as I was trying to select my carpeting. Mike showed me some selections that were on sale. The installers were very quick and efficient. They did a great job of cleaning out the old carpeting. My new carpeting looks and feels wonderful. more

Great people to work with 3/15/2013

Pat and Mike Clepper have always been terrific to deal with and on top of which, are very thoughtful and considerate. I never feel pressured to purchase and have taken many samples home long enough to make a decision. The installment crews have always been polite, efficent, neat and work quickly. Couldn't ask for a better team of sellers and installers! On top of which my senior cat loves them!!! more

The carpet is quality material and it was installed by experts who have had many years of service in the industry. They were pleasant to work with and very helpful when asked. Their up-beat, positive attitudes made it a pleasant experience. They worked quickly and efficiently taking no breaks. I couldn't have asked for more. more

Good experience 12/18/2012

They helped us to pick out the carpet that would best meet the needs of our family. We have two children and are a busy household. They helped us fix the colors, and looked at paint chips from our walls. Overall they had a good selection, and worked with our needs. They do quality work and are a good value. more
