I gave them 1 star because there is no zero star option! Worst customer service ever, peroid! My wife was on her way there for a haircut and took a wrong turn, she called me, and I called the spa to let them know she was going to be about 15 mis late. When my wife got there she was told that they gave her app time to someone else and if she wanted to wait for an hour they MIGHT be able to get her in! more

DO NOT GET A BRAZILIAN BLOWOUT HERE! I had a Brazilian Blowout done in August of 2010. They had just started doing them. I was told it was guaranteed to last 12 weeks and would be amazing. I paid over $500 for the service and the products required to maintain the look. I loved it...for about two weeks. It started to look frizzy on the ends again after the third week. I was following all the directions. I already had a scheduled appointment about 5 weeks after the service for a trim, so I waited until then to say anything. I pointed out to my stylist who was the same person who did the Blowout that I was unhappy because it was frizzy already. Her answer was to cut off the friz and tell me she would contact the comany and call me. It took me a while to realize that she had never called me. I couldn't decided whether to call them and complain. I finally sent them a letter in February of 2011. They called me and told me they have no record of my complaining and that I would have had to complain within the 12 week period but that they would give me a gift card with $150 credit in "good faith". I am not satisfied with that and told them that. My stylist had told me that she recognized me around town once and almost said hello, but she can't remember my complaining to her? I have had my hair cut there for over three years. I bought all the products they recommended. Had massages and facials there. They lost a customer over $350. I'll use the gift card for a pedicure or something that they can't screw up. Not touching my hair again though. more

I purchased a gift card for my wife a long time ago knowing she wouldn't be able to use it right away due to us having a new baby. When she called them to discuss her time frame of use they explained that every year that goes by you loose something like 10-15 dollars but that they would honor the gift card. She called them a couple of days ago ready to make a visit and inquired what the balance on the gift card was. They placed her on hold for several minutes and came back on the phone and stated that they are not going to honor the gift card and stated that they removed the balance from it. Cloud 9 STOLE $75.00 from me. It's outright theft on their side. Even if they tried to offer her something I would have been pleased, but they were blunt and uncaring about it. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this business. While they make look "pretty" on the outside it certainly doesn't reflect their morale on the inside. more

Been to many spas, nothing quite like this! You have to experience it to believe it. I didn't find it to be any more costly than mediocre day spas in the area! Shop and compare, then go and ask for a tour! You'll be sold. People there are so nice, and very professional, warm and caring. more

What a place. I really have to say i enjoyed the time i spent here they really make you feel at home. I actually went with a bunch of my friends and it was extremly relaxing and the staff is caring and attentive. This place is absolutly the best and they provide a wide variety of services. The location is great as well and its easy to find. It is quite expensive but in my opinion worth it. Must see. more

Cloud 9 is so relaxing and enjoyable, but make sure when you go to request a nice relaxing cup of coffee. It helps sooth your pains and aches. Though its a touch pricey the money you spend at Cloud 9 is worth it. The staff is friendly and very caring about your pains. They really try to make your day with them relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this Spa - Salon to anyone wanting a nice day off to soothe their aches. more

Cloud 9 is the best spa I have been to in Gainesville. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff make you feel right at home. Great pedicures and waxing. Though its a bit pricey, its well worth the money to treat youreslf once in a while more
