I contacted Champion AC for our annual air conditioning service check and scheduled for a noon to 2 p.m. time slot. Champion AC called the day of the appointment and thoughtfully offered to accelerate the service if convenient, which it definitely was.
AC expert technician "Roy" arrived around 10:30 but would not go further than the front door until he'd put on his protective overshoes to keep our home clean. His professionalism and courtesy set the standard by which to judge other service providers,. Service checks were done within 45 minutes and, as usual, the systems Champion installed over three years ago are working flawlessly--all accomplished before the appointment was originally scheduled to begin. Hopefully Roy will be scheduled again for our fall heating system check but really any of their technicians would provide first rate service. Their service charge is a relatively small investment in keeping important systems in our home functioning at peak efficiency. I'd recommend these folks without reservation.
