More of a sales call then a service 6/7/2012

I had family from out of town come over and (of course) my air conditioner started acting up. The tech arrived messed with the AC and came down stairs with his tablet showing me the $900 price to fix the part and explained how I just needed a new system because it was old. He gave me loan/credit info and left. After he left the AC wasn't keeping the house cool. The AC was on for 4 hours and the temperture in the room only changed 1 degree. We called Quan Air for a 2nd opinion & the tech replaced the faulty $150 part and showed us how the motor was on "low". This leads me to assume that the last tech switched the AC to low before he left so we would freak out and get an entire new system. I feel very misguided by this company and will call Quan Air first from now on. more

Comments: I had one of your service technician working in my house today. He was great and i want to let you know that we were very impressed with his knowledge. He was well prepared with the latest gadgets to fix a high tech equipment. He fixed the problem in no time. Me and my wife and kids were so very happy to have the ac working again. He did a fantastic job. I offered a tip, but he refused it . But I want to make sure he is recognized for the great job he is doing. His name is Pierre Zayas. more

Outstanding Service 6/4/2012

Top notch AC service provided...from the identification of the issue to the install of the new part. If and when the need for AC services arises in the future, this military veteran will definitely call Champion AC once again. Identified a cooling problem over the weekend, Champion AC dispatched a tech (Phillip) within hours to my home. Needless to say, I had a bad air handler coil, replaced by two Champion AC installers (Ray and Carlos) within hours. All three gentlemens ethics and professionalism was second to none. They thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns. Thanks! more

His professionalism and positive attitude makes him and the company that he represents stand out from the rest. The install group was great, Ray and Rene replaced coil and valve on the air handler. Pierre came back to follow up with the work. All was done timely and professionally. Everything is working just fine. more

Professional and thorough - highly recommend!! 5/16/2012

The technician was very thorough in his inspection of our AC units, and gave us suggestions on how to make them work better. He was curteous and very professional. The follow-up invoice and electronic communication is both helpful and convenient. We will definitely call them again, whether to fix a problem or just for a check-up! more

New AC Installation!! 5/14/2012

Very polite, efficient and clean, I had a total a/c installation I thought it was going to take all day, Larry and his crew were here by 9:15 and were completly done by 1:00, Also the Technician that tried very hard to save my old Unit (Richard) worked very hard and was very nice, I would like to thank him too. I had my first meeting with Champion AC in San Antonio, TX. I was very impressed by the gentleman that came out to my home, Mr. Cesar Reyes. He was very knowledgeable about my air conditioning system as well as Amana systems, and provided superior service by answering all my questions and giving me the best possible option for my current air conditioning issues in my home. I just wanted to say Thank You to Champion AC for your quality customer service. It is evident that you train your employees well and that service is a priority. I will definitely be referring my friends to Champion AC in the future. more

I would like to send a BIG Thank You to one of your excellent Champion AC employees, Phillip McAllister. Mr. McAllister came to my home to do a bi-annual service, and was very professional and helpful, going over everything he accomplished during his service visit. I thought this to be especially impressive, because he took the time to contact me by phone and explain did, as well as money saving thing to do. In addition, he came out a couple days later because one of my units went out. Again, he walked me through everything he did, and gave very good advice. He has great passion and pride in what he does, and it reflects through his outstanding service. When customer service is almost non-existent in the US these days, he represented your company very well, and is the epitome of 'service before self" when providing excellent customer service! I look forward to being a long standing very satisfied customer, and will take every opportunity to pass on a great word about Champion AC service!
