Very professional and efficient 9/27/2008

I looked at my carpet recently and realized it really needed to be cleaned. Not only from normal wear and tear but also because my cat Bucky had lost his manners once and there was a small urine stain near one corner. I called Carpet Dryclean last night around seven, expecting to get a recording. I not only got a human being, he told me he could send someone to clean my carpets in the morning. They came and did the job and it looks great. Elmer, the worker was polite, efficient and took great care to make certain he got everything up, including some dark areas by the fireplace where ashes had fallen and left smudges. Carpet looks great - my whole house smells fresher. I like that my 4 year old can run around an hour after they left. I bought some of the carpet cleaner myself! Miguel and Kyle were professional, fast and friendly - very interested in making sure we were pleased with the results. I will use this service again! more

Excellent area rug cleaning 9/26/2008

Terry, the technician, arrived on time. He was very helpful and did an excellent job. He explained each step and answered all my questions. Since I live alone I couldn?t move the dining room table by myself so he helped me move it out of the room. After he cleaned the area rug he helped me roll it up for storage and move the table back into the dining room. Their products are environmentally friendly and it was safe to clean the area rug on my hardwood floor because their process does not use water. Their quote over the phone was accurate. Excellent Customer Service 9/22/2008

Carpet Drycleaning is very focused on customer service, they even called to let me know that they were on the way and they were on time. Miguel throughly explained the product and removed a sample spot on my carpet before I had to decide if I wanted to use the service, as promised when I scheduled the appointment. Miguel was meticulous, professional, and my carpet looks better than it did the day I moved in- and it was a brand new house! They did everything that they promised and more. The cost was very reasonable and exactly what they quoted me- they didn't have any ""hidden"" fees associated with the cleaning. I will definitely call them when it's time to clean my carpet again. I highly recommend using this company to others and will call them again when I do spring cleaning. My carpets and rugs look great. My house feels so clean now!! The tech., was very courteous, professional, was careful and did a great job on my carpets. Did a really great job with getting old stains. I also liked the fact that my 9 month old could crawl around on the floor as soon as they left and I had nothing to worry about. The white powder does get everywhere though, and they didn't get it all up. It was also a bit pricier than Stanley Steamers but they do a better job. Pros: environmentally friendly Cons: pricey more

Carpet Dry clean just finished my rug cleaning. The rug lies on a beautiful hardwood floor. The wood floor was not harmed and the rug smells and looks wonderful. It is dry...so no harm done, except to the nasty spots...they are gone!!!! They were excellent...I cannot say enough about those two guys. He did his magic and when my 3 year old arrived home after Miguel had done his service he exclaimed ""wow, it's clean!' I am impressed and would highly recommend Miguel at Carpet DryClean. Thank you. I first hear of Carpet Dryclean from a colleague at work .My interaction for the very beginning was professional, however, it did not prepare me ( my fault) for the visit from Miguel Polo and Cal .They did several things which as a consumer and a service profession that were very admirable. Such as:\r \r 1) Prompt arrival ? We are all busy and arriving on time is a big plus.\r 2) Miguel was very professional ? He explained the process, and provided a clear, realistic and reasonable expectation of what would be the outcome of the cleaning .He did not attempt to ?over sell? the service, and gave me the option to view a sample.\r 3) Estimate provided ? After surveying the job and clear understanding my concerns on a couple ?kid accidents? , he calculated the square footage and gave me the price. This ensured that we were on the same page.\r 4) The workmanship was awesome especially the stairs (Cal, thank you) and my heavy traffic areas and those ?I swear I?ll have to replace the carpet? spots. \r \r Thank you again Miguel and Cal\r \r more

Great Customer Service 9/16/2008

I had our son's carpet cleaned yesterday because my husband & I lived with him for 3 yrs while we were building our house. Figured that was the least we could do for him, not to mention we also had 2 dogs living with us during that 3 yr period.\r \r Miguel Polo & I think the other was Todd, were very professional in explaining how the cleaning was done. The end result was great ! ! The carpets look brand new ! My only negative, I wish that I would have known prior to them coming that they don't move any furniture, not even the smallest piece, that way my son & I could have been there to move things for them.\r \r But all in all a very good experience, & when the carpets need cleaning in our new house I will definitely call Carpet Dry Clean.\r \r Sincerely,\r Marcia Hume \r more

Oustanding Service and Amazing Quality.... Thanks Miguel 9/16/2008

Miguel Polo came to our home yesterday evening to clean our carpets with the dry cleaning procedures. We have 4 dogs and a 5 year old so the stains have grown and worked their way deep into the carpet. We were instantly impressed just after the free demostration. Our whole home smelled of oranges, not the harsh chemicals smells you usually get with steam cleaning. And amazingly our carptes look BRAND NEW. Stains that were there before we even moved in disappeared instantly. And the best part was, right when he was finished we could walk on the carpets and enjoy his outstanding work. On top of the fantastic job, he went above and beyond explaining everything that he did to our carpet and how to keep it looking new and beautiful everyday. He even gave us his personal number should we ever have any problems or questions. Thank you very much Miguel. We will make sure to refer you to anyone who ever needs any kind of carpet service!!!!!
