We tried out this carpet dry cleaning for the first time & we very impressed! We have a dog and a toddler, so lots of traffic goes through our rooms. The treatment made the carpets look great, removing the excess dirt and spots as well as ""fluffing"" it up. I have been so happy with Carpet Dry Clean. I have a very old dog who has urinated on the carpet. They have been able to not only clean the carpet but get rid of the urine and the smell. Carlo is very friendly, professional and punctional. I ask for him each time I get my carpets cleaned. more

After first confirming the appointment by phone, Miguel and Jonathan showed up right on time. Both were smiling and professional and, as advertised, explained and demonstrated their process. The carpet looks cleaner overall and some pet stains that were obvious are now gone or, at least, less visible. Very impressive work! \r \r The price was a bit more than I was quoted on the telephone, but they couldn't quite measure the square footage without being here. I suggest measuring or estimating the square footage of the area being cleaned prior to calling. I used the A&A Carpet Dryclean in Chapel Hill and am very satisfied. The staff was uniformly helpful, professional, and very pleasant. The appointment was a snap to arrange , and their prices are reasonable. The entire process is dry--much better than hours of damp carpet, and the chemical smell was gone very quickly. And best of all, my carpets, including an Oriental, are lovely and soft. more

Great service, cleaner actually showed up ahead of schedule, professional and fast. Would recommend to my friends and will use in the future. Note the cleaning product does have somewhat of a strong chemical smell but is gone in approx 30mins after completion of the cleaning. My carpet smells, feels and looks great. more

I had a problem with dog urine on two areas of carpet. I had been using a home steam cleaner, but the problem would reappear. It actually seemed to be getting worse. Joe came out and was extremely nice and professional. He was honest and up front about everything he was doing. He even cleaned a section first to make sure I wanted to go ahead. The carpets came clean and smell great! I will recommend Joe and Carpet Dryclean as much as I can. They are truly masters of customer service. Pros: On time and quick cleaning, no dry time. This company is the best on prompt, friendly, and over all great service. We had a last minute carpet cleaning emergency. We had called all over town and everyone was too busy and over booked. I've been in the apartment business for a long time now and have used many different options to ""save"" carpet for another tennant but haven't seen anything like the this before. They can take carpet whetehr it be 1-4 years old and make it look barely worn. They were on time and got the job done in a timely manor with out cutting any corners. My wife and I own Arcadegames4u a local company that specializes in home gameroom decore, pool tables, pinball machines, and old classic arcade games. We work 7 days a week and have little time to take care of the house. At 9:00 am on Sunday morning August 31st (Memorial day weekend) my wife took our children to Church and I was going to go to work. In a moments notice I decided to stay home and suprise my wife when she got home from church with a clean house, and most importantly clean carpets. I got on the internet and wrote down about 10 numbers of different carpet cleaners in the area. On companies 1-8 it immediatly went to voicemail, on number 9 the owner answered and said they were closed due to the holiday, and on number 10 (Carpet Dryclean) the owner answered the phone and said he too was on his way to church, but that he would call a few of his technicians to see if they were available. A few minutes later Terry with Carpet Dryclean called me back and said they would be happy to come right over and take a look at my carpets. Within the hour Terry and Nikki showed up and let me tell you these two went right to work like soldiers. They performed a sample cleaning in the worst area of my home, and the results were amazing. We agreed to a price and I told them my wife would be home in a short while and that if they could I would like to be done with the cleaning so that I could supprise her with a clean house, and clean carpets. To make a long story short Terry and Nikki made me look like a hero. They cleaned my carpets better then any other carpet cleaning company had done before. In the begining I thought the price that Terry quoted me was a little high, but when you consider how quickly they responded to my needs, and how well they cleaned my carpets in the end it was a bargin. Wonderful company. We used them several times when we lived in Wake Forest and recently moved to Raleigh. We had a dog diaster in my daughter's room and they were able to get the stain out almost all the way given the damage. Great, great customer service, have always been very timely. more
