Great customer service, timely and efficient 10/4/2008

This was my first time using Carpet Dryclean. The technician, Terry, was timely, friendly, and efficient. He made recommendations to keep my carpet in top shape (i.e. to put a plastic liner under my computer chair so i don't wear down one section of the carpet). Fast, Friendly, Professional 10/3/2008

Carpet Dryclean gave me an estimate over the phone. They showed up on time. They cleaned quickly and efficiently. I was able to walk on my carpet shortly after it was done. They even inspected and cleaned my vacuum cleaner! I have a dog and two young children. They were able to clean up all of their messes. I have used them twice and will definitely use them again when the time comes. I would recommend Carpet Dryclean to all my family and friends. Pros: fast and efficient more

Clean and smells great 10/1/2008

Came to our house on short notice. Team of two men walked thru the house to understand what they were to clean, then measured the carpet square footage (which is fed into the billing rate). They looked for a dirty section of carpet and provided a demo of what they would do and explained how their process is different from most cleaners. In the end, we are very satisified. The carpet looks great. It's been 3-4 years since our last cleaning, with several pets and kids in the house, but they made the carpets look very good, even on the stairs. There's a few stains that still remain, but even they have been significantly improved. Miguel Polo and his coworker (Ken?) were very friendly and hard workers. Great Service! Elmer and Ramon did a fabulous job in cleaning the carpet in my whole house. They were neat, curtious, and hard working. This is the second time I have used Carpet Dryclean and I will definately call on them again! Great carpet cleaing service 9/30/2008

I called with 24 hrs notice; they came over (Carlo and Morlow) and immediately went to work; 3 hours later my family room and master bedroom looked amazing; they also did a large area rug. I had a large water stain on the carpet that had been there for 2 months; most of it is gone; this is a minor miracle! \r They were pleasant and efficient. They cleaned up everything before they left. \r I wish I had done this a few months ago; I had forgotten how nice a clean carpet looks and smells; much better than the water-based cleaing! Excellent work 9/29/2008

Our shag carpet in the family room and office had seen a lot of wear with both small kids and a dog. Their product and service brought new life to the carpet. Miguel and Polo were friendly and efficient. Miguel took some time to explain how the cleaning material works and test an area. When they were done the carpet smelled fresh and looked a LOT cleaner, many areas were like new. The cost was fair and the end-results were excellent. more

Miguel was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question to my satisfaction. He was very punctual and even agreed to come earlier than usual to accomidate my busy schedule. He called right before he arrived to make sure I was ready. Miguel was very thourough in his appoarch and explained the process from start to finish. He also gave good capet-care advice to get the most from the service.\r The results exceeded my expectations and looks to be a much better alternative than traditional steam cleaning. Very pleased with the extraordinary service and results that we received. Elmer & Ramon were very professional and friendly wnd went the extra mile to ensure that we were completely satisfied with their services. They even cleaned the throw rugs at our front door! They checked our vacuum cleaner to make sure it was working correctly. Our carpet had not been cleaned in 2 years and with 3 pets, it was filthy. When they left, it looked better than it did new! They carefully moved all of the furniture and placed it back without a scratch. We willl use Carpet Dryclean, Inc. for all of our carpet cleaning from now on! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys! We have had our carpet cleaned by a variety of companies, and by far, this one has been the best. Their product is quality - it actually cleans the carpet as opposed to simply pushing the dirt, etc. into the padding underneath the carpet. In addition, their quotes actually reflect the true cost. So many other carpet cleaning companies quote a low price but then show up and add in all these additional charges to do the job right. This company also values customer satisfaction. When they are done, the technicians do a walk through with the customer and make sure he or she is pleased with the job. And, they will stay until they get it right. Miguel did a great job cleaning the carpet for us, and he was on time and very professional. I will continue to use this company and their product in the future.
