I called with 24 hrs notice; they came over (Carlo and Morlow) and immediately went to work; 3 hours later my family room and master bedroom looked amazing; they also did a large area rug. I had a large water stain on the carpet that had been there for 2 months; most of it is gone; this is a minor miracle! \r
They were pleasant and efficient. They cleaned up everything before they left. \r
I wish I had done this a few months ago; I had forgotten how nice a clean carpet looks and smells; much better than the water-based cleaing!
