Terry, the technician, arrived on time. He was very helpful and did an excellent job. He explained each step and answered all my questions. Since I live alone I couldn?t move the dining room table by myself so he helped me move it out of the room. After he cleaned the area rug he helped me roll it up for storage and move the table back into the dining room. Their products are environmentally friendly and it was safe to clean the area rug on my hardwood floor because their process does not use water. Their quote over the phone was accurate. Carpet Dryclean is very customer oriented, I highly recommend this company, and I will call them when I need carpet or area rug cleaning again.\r
