2nd Time, Still the Best 8/6/2009

Great service as usual. Carpets look great and you don't have to wait for them to dry etc. This is the second time we've had them clean our carpets. Very friendly people (Ramon/Jeffrey) and they worked with us on the price as well. We'll be using them again for sure! Pros: Great Price with Friendly Service Cons: Honestly None more

Regular carpet cleaning 8/5/2009

Dry carpet cleaning was recommended by our carpet installer. We have had our whole-house white carpet cleaned regularly by Carpet DryClean with their dry powder and our 6 year old carpet still looks great. I also like getting the free bucket of dry chemical to use on occasional spots. Pros: Carpet DryClean keeps our carpet looking new more

Clean and Quick 8/1/2009

Carper Dry Cleaning was able to set up an appointment for the next day. Polo and Vance arrived on time and, after a quick demo got, right to work. In an hour and a half they did 3 rooms, a hall, and a flight of stairs. Both Polo and Vance were professional and friendly. Pros: On time, Process is quick and leaves carpet looking great Cons: faint odor a few hours more

Scheduling and response time was very prompt. Also, time was taken to demonstrate the cleaning process for us prior to cleaning our entire home. Quick and Friendly Carpet Cleaning 7/30/2009

Super friendly service (both the cleaners and the people at the office). Called on Monday and got appt on Tuesday. Cleaned 2 rooms in less than half an hour and still got rid of all the baby stains on the floor (formula, juice and watermelon slush. YIKES!) Offer the cleaning product for in-between touch ups... works great. Definitely worth the money! Pros: Quick appt, fast cleaning more

Loving my clean carpets! 7/26/2009

We are happy to say that my carpets are clean and I couldn't be happier. The carpet dry cleaning system worked very well. Polo was our technician and was wonderfully polite and very thorough. He was able to get out every spot that we had high hopes for and a couple that we didn't. The house was left wonderfully clean and smelling fresh. Will definatly be calling Polo again in the future. more

Great carpet cleaning job! 7/25/2009

The job was done well. I have a wool rug that they cleaned for FAR cheaper than ANY place I have heard of (other places wanted 200$, they charged 40$). They left the house VERY clean, and they scrubbed stains on their hands and knees if they saw a spot remain after the machines. My rug got a THOROUGH scrubbing and looks great! I called, and the crew (Victor, Jose, and Jesse) were here an hour later, worked very hard and did an excellent job. They were able to remove stains that I thought were there permanently. It was important to me that they were able to offer same day service. Also, this was a dry cleaning process so the carpet isn't wet. Carpet looks clean and fluffy, and smells wonderful.
